The white girl with the glasses and the champions hoodie might as well threw the drinks and food at me. The attitude was so wild. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this location. I typically have the best experience. Thank you to the guy that stepped up with the black hat and glases. He was, per usual staff, super friendly and kind. Maybe she was having a bad day. But in that case a quick smoke break would have been better then having her in drive through.

Place Use to be great, I Went to California for a year, came back and noticed a huge fall off. Came three times and my coffee tasted 3 hours old each time. Like they’re just leaving it in a bucket warmed up. I’m sure those warm up things are fine in the morning because you go through coffee so quick but for someone like me who enjoys a 2 or 3pm afternoon coffee you don’t get the same experience of a hot fresh coffee because they give you stuff that’s been sitting there in a container
for hours. They need to implement and enforce one hour dumps to keep coffee fresh. It’s a coffee shop, with all the competition popping up this is a bad time to be off your game

Ordered my stuff online and it took 16 minutes to receive my bagel. My coffee was disgusting as well. The girl was wiping her nose before she handed me the coffee and didn’t wash her hands before doing so. You could hear the man yelling from the back to calm down whenever the girl asked him about my bagel. I was late taking my daughter to school as well. Won’t be returning here. Very rude and disgusting.

Tim Hortons really need to teach franchisees how to to put toilet paper in the bloody dispenser and to tighten up the toilet seat when it’s hanging on by a thread. Also, check the toilet periodically to make sure it’s flushed. Geez Louise!

Watered down coffee & stale donuts. You cannot even bite into the donut because of how stale it is. The inside of the coffee shop is filthy especially the kitchen area behind the counter. How can anyone trust getting a drink or something to eat from here if it’s that dirty. I gave this location multiple chances. Never coming back again!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. So I recently (last week) signed up for the rewards program they have. BAD MISTAKE on my part. I did the survey that is offered to rewards members. Since then everything has gone downhill. They gave me points to get “Tim bites” for completing the survey. Then they took them away from me. I consulted the store manager, who was very kind, and was told that I had redeemed them. I explained that I had not redeemed a single point since I had joined the program and that I pay cash for every purchase. She said that I would have to call their office but didn’t have the phone number to it. (I find it hard to believe a business would have no contact information to their own corporate office.). So they said I have to send them an email from their app which I attempted twice, while still in the store, only to receive a “this site is unavailable” message each time. Anyway, I placed my regular daily order and was given a $1.05 higher price than I usually pay. I confronted the cashier about this and was told prices go up all of the time. So I checked the posted price board on the wall and it was the same as always. So I protested the scam. When given my change, I was short changed and protested this as well and was then given proper change. At any rate, they stole/scammed me out of my reward and out of actual cash. Sadly, I will never go to another Tim Hortons again. I did enjoy my daily coffee and bagal w/cream cheese. Good luck to those who wish to risk it or simply do not care.

This Tim Hortons charge for basic condiments like jam. I ordered a meal and had to pay an extra .27 for just one small jam packet.
