My spouse has had Pomodori catered at work at raved about how delicious it is was and I’ve been so excited to go try it out. You must have a reservation! We decided to go last minute on my spouses birthday and after checking for a few hours finally got a reservation. It clearly stated bar seating which was perfectly fine with us. We got there 15 minutes early and were immediately seated at the bar. Our bartender/server Lisa was amazing! She told us the specials and never rushed us. We ordered the calamari and arancini for apps and they both came out hot and delicious. I got the lasagna and my spouse did a custom meal with ravioli, sausage, garlic/parm sauce. Both were amazing and we agreed that we could’ve split one plate with how much we got (so excited for leftovers). We also got tiramisu and cannolis to go they’re both delicious. I will definitely be back!

Decided on this spot last minute, and given it was a very wet, rainy, cold Friday evening! They were pretty busy, so we had about a 30-minute wait. On their website, it does mention reservations only, so if you’re visiting the island, I’d definitely recommend calling ahead for any restaurants you want to try, this town is busy no matter the season. I think people here just love eating out!
As much as I want to deduct a star for the wait, I have to say the service and food were absolutely impeccable. The only minor hiccup was that the runners and servers weren’t always perfectly in sync, but big shoutout to the hardworking cooks in the back, they really keep this town thriving. Hope they get the recognition they deserve!
Now, onto the food, the bread was hot and fresh, the calamari and sauce was delish! I had the Pappardelle con Capesante e Vodka -house-made vodka sauce, hand-cut pasta, pancetta, sea scallops, and fresh basil. My partner ordered the Zuppa di Pesce con Arrabbiata – scallops, shrimp, mussels, garlic, spicy tomato sauce, and linguine. The sear on the scallops was definitely there, and the amount of mussels in the zuppa di pesce was enormous.

It was a nicer place and we showed up dressed a bit more casual. They were kind about it and we were able to sit outside in their cover patio area with heaters. I suggest having a reservation in advance, though.
The food was amazing, even the kids menu food, and the servers were super sweet and kind.
This is a great place for a date!

Sitting outside in the screened in porch was lovely. Sam our waiter was great. Accidentally we got there late when I messed up our reservation time, but they were accommodating and asked us to eat fast, which we were fine doing. The food was delivered quickly. I had the ragu over papparadell and my husband had two meatballs over linguini. The wine was great. The restaurant is kinda hidden in the back of a strip mall that faces the parking lot not the street.

Delicious food across the board! We got the burrata pesto (amazing), fhe eggplant parm, the short rib pasta and the scallops ans vodka sauce dish and then finished off with tiramisu – All great, high quality food, and reasonablypriced, good sized portions! The bread was also one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The ambiance was nice and their little outdoor screen-in seating area is nice. The server was also very good. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Pomodori Italian! We loved sitting outside in the beautiful screened in outdoor seating, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The eggplant parmigiana was hands down the best I have ever had, and I have tried many places. Everyone in our group agreed that the chicken parmigiana was also the best they have ever had! This place is true authentic Italian and absolutely a must visit. We cannot wait to return again! The cannolis were incredibly fresh, and everyone in our group loved them. Very busy place make sure to make reservations!

Omg amazing!! I also had the Alfredo but it’s not pictured because my children started eating it as soon as it came. It was the best Alfredo I’ve ever had. So much flavor in each thing we had.
We had outside reservations and I made those 5 days in advance. Obviously hot but in the shade but that’s my fault for not booking reservations a few weeks before!

After doing copious research, we finally got to give this place a try and we are soooo glad we did. We sat out on the patio which was a tad on the crowded side, but otherwise all good. Great server, great pace of food delivery, food was amazing. Everyone in our party enjoyed the meal. Job well done!

Pomodori is such a find. The hostess, Melissa, was great and personable. The food was very authentic. The red sauce was outstanding, to the point that you could drink it. It was just unbelievably very good. Portion sizes were generous and desserts were very Italian and authentic. Can’t wait to go back. San was a great waiter.

Great Italian in HHI. Get the veggie lasagna if it’s the special, my wife and most of the group loved it. I had the Bolognese Lasagna and it was fantastic too. Portions very large. Nice wine list that covered a multitude of regions.
The only quibble is they don’t have liquor. As quibbles go it’s pretty easy to say it doesn’t matter. Everything is on point otherwise.
