Welcome to Starbucks, the only place where you pay $5+ for a coffee you still have to put the cream and sugar in yourself.
I ordered a Coffee and a cookie which was almost $9, and I had to wait 5+mins for the coffee, that I had to make myself, and then I waited another +5mins before I just walked out without the cookie/$4 of my order.
I’d understand if they were making them fresh in the back or something, but these are pre-packaged cookies. I wanted to punch through the glass and grab it myself, but then I’d be the bad guy right?
If you can’t hire people competent enough to hand someone a coffee and a pre-packaged cookie in under 5 minutes, why do you even have a business?

The night crew and night management in all honesty suck. For weeks my mobile order that I have placed at least 10 to 15 minutes ahead has still not yet been ready upon my arrival. The customer service is just not there. You are not greeted upon walking in the staff Looks as if they are miserable and they are being forced to be there instead of voluntarily choosing this job. An employee decided he wanted to take it upon himself to get involved in a situation that did not concern him at all in the slightest and was beyond disrespectful. His manager asked him multiple times to stop engaging in the conversation yet it was blatant he did not respect the acting manager. I have no intentions in going to this location moving forward as it is nothing but problematic I’d rather pay $23 to have my coffee delivered through Uber eats then whoever ever give this particular Starbucks anymore of my money.

Just wanted to reciprocate some positivity today. The worker who gave me my drink had no idea how much I needed to hear this today! I went to the drive thru and I didn’t read this until I had already driven away, and I wish I could have thanked them properly. I waited 15 minutes on the drive thru for 2 refreshers. Only car on the drive thru and no clients inside the store. Lately every time i come in my order is wrong or they take 30 mins + on taking care of clients.

I love the people that work here they nice,friendly and very polite
I only wish that they get Updated like the other Starbucks they usually don’t have a large selection of cups and the store looks outdated and the company seems to not realize how valuable this location is hope they modernize soon and offer more variety at this location

The manager Sharell was gossiping about all the call outs with baristas instead of trying to keep a positive attitude and get her customers out she instead was worried about calling someone named Noel our drinks were made wrong and it took 25 mins to come out i usually go to the Fairfield Ave location and will continue to do so

Daniel and Onecys did an amazing job on my groups drinks! Both the drive thru and inside was busy yet they still gave amazing customer service and got our drinks just right! Zaye was very courteous as well! The location was clean and wait time was good. The updates are great too!

Really easy place to get to off the exit. First visit. Was impressed they had freshly brewed dark roast in the evening. A lot of starbucks I have visited don’t. The 4 stars is because they got the one of the two drink sizes wrong and we were in a hurry so didn’t have time to have it remade.

I have been 3 different times before I decided to write this review…THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MGMT & TRAINING!!! they have been out of something every time I go!!! They always out of Apple Juice!!! Do chocolate instead of white mocha when label clearly says white mocha the 2nd trip…After waiting over 30 mins in drive thru but they Never give an apology, just a nonchalant oh well attitude…I order a Venti but get grande cup full…I want visit this location anymore…I pay $8 too much for a venti to barely get a half cup…When I spoke to Mgr, he just said ok thanks for coming…I am done with Starbucks…And they didn’t even warm my crossiant!!!
