Would give zero stars if I could. Hair in my food. Not big portions for the price. My food also sat there for about 5 minutes before someone actually finished it. To make matters worse the cashier just stood there watching the food piling up that still needed to be finished.

This place is s unsanitary. I purchased a bowl and complained to the staff about how nasty the area was in which they serve the food. She literally took the rice from the counter and shoved it back into the rice that she would serve other customers. The lack of training/ accountability is horrible here. With all the reviews you would there would be some changes.

Took my daughter here…. Bowls already cost $10, the lady was putting food in the bowl as if she was feeding a puppy. Barely a spoon of anything. Then, to add insult to injury… she was making my bowl, then decides to wipe her gloved hand on her dirty clothes/apron. Idk what she was wiping off but grossssss!!! Puts her hand back in the cheese afterwards. You shouldn’t be touching anything with those gloves that you’re handling food with. I asked her to stop, and she got an attitude. Like, you’re the one who’s nasty here not me!! She needs to revisit the subject of contamination and food handling.

I don’t know what to say. Just terrible experience. Either their staff don’t know how to read or they just don’t want to do their job. I ordered online a veggie bowl, no customization yet they messed up. They only had rice beans and fajitas added to my bowl. This is the third time they ruined my lunch. Never going order again.

Usually they make it to where there’s a couple of things in sections across my bowl. But today the lady did it where I got a bit of everything with every bite. Amazing!!! They had us in and out quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious! My husband apparently recommends too due to the clean bowl! Bravo. I would recommend.

Worst service ever I seen in my entire life, I bought a Veggie bowl without grilled Veggies just because they out, no lettuce, no guacamole just because they out at 9:00 pm today, they said you can not sit inside just because they just sweep the floor they closed lobby at 9:00 but walking customers can take their food till today, I asked discount because I bought 2 Veggie bowl without any veggies, they don’t have any discount like that

The food that I received from this place was absolutely appauling, I ordered 2 bowls on the chipotle app for pickup. I will leave pictures attached with my order details and pictures of the food…. these bowls had nothing inside at all, no protien, no beans , no lettuce , no cheese . We literally got half a portion of rice, I kid you not like half a spoon, with some corn and sour cream. I don’t care that I ordered for pickup at 9pm and you close at 10, that’s not my problem, ive always enjoyed chiptole and love their food but this location in particular needs to be put under review or something. There is a bunch of kids in there who have no work ethic at all, I doubt they’d like 20 percent of their paycheck instead of the full thing? So why should I accept an empty bowl? Ridiculous….
Let’s not mention that I ordered 45 minutes in advanced and the food wasn’t ready when I got there.

Thought we’d try this location again after having terrible experiences before and it’s the same – nothing has changed. Bought a lg. bag of chips only to get a handful in the bag and they were stale. Two orders were incorrect and all 5 orders were lacking ingredients or had an over abundance of something else.

I ordered 2 veggie bowls and chips. They are mostly out of something even if you make order on app or walk in doesn’t matter. They don’t have veggie fajita in the veggie bowls. If you ask to the team then they give manager’s card. Staff know what a poor service ls they provide. Please improve the service, Don’t think that you are franchise business so nobody can do anything of you.

Two things irritated me about this place today. 1st. The big girl with the purple hair who was not wearing a nametag was very rude and snippy. 2nd. She put my food in a bowl and it got left on the counter for 7 minutes before my bowl was finished while she tried to figure things out. All this was while some guy was interrupting everyone while he was conducting an audit or doing inventory. And was made things worse was the cashier just sat at the register staring at the food growing cold and no one was helping to get the line of orders process. Terrible experience.
