Unprofessional. I came to eat as a customer and I’ve been a dasher here. Always unprofessional.
Ordered chicken wraps with no sauce and they didn’t know I was in the restaurant they made a comment “ no sauce on the chicken wraps they should of ordered something else “ that’s like saying order something other than nuggets because they don’t want sauce with them.
Will be calling higher up. Places need to be held responsible. We spend our money here to eat and that’s how they get paid. Always a LONG wait as well. You could say I won’t be back here or the location on Baker Rd again.
Add on: we get our food and the worker comes running over saying she thinks she gave us the wrong sandwhich. She rips open our mobile order bag and continues to put her hands in our food with our fries right there.

First time ever coming to this Burger King. My wife did a mobile order. I rolled up to the drive thru, said that I had a mobile order, and then within a few minutes my order was ready to go. The staff was friendly and stood on business. Wrapped it up and was able to head out. No issues with my order as far as quality, missing items or anything.
People make mistakes so not saying that things will always be great, but I will definitely come back!

On December 17, 2025 at 11:20 at night. I got the best Burger King in my life. It was hot and fresh so good and the Customer service was amazing and they did it. Perfect they even waited for me to go get money at Navy Federal. They kept the grill open whoever that night shift staff is I wanna say thank you because me and my husband ate that food up, thank you thank you and thank you. That was the best food ever and we will be back.

Unless yall want to help unfortunate people in unfortunate situations that leave them without a car !!! Then stop closing your lobby before closing hours ! I’ve worked in the fast food industry for a bit now and we never denied anyone food and was not even aloud to because we just simply do not know their situation. (Well at least McDonald’s doesn’t denie anyone food )
You have hotels near you with worker who are not aloud to bring their own car but also are not aloud to drive company vehicles after work hours and just want some food ! Could have had a nice shout out but instead you just another part of the problem in this unfortunate world !

Every time I visit, I have to wait almost 5 minutes before my order is taken. Today we left, it is supposed to be fast foods. On the occasions when we received our food it has been pretty good. I want to know why it takes so long. Do better.

I have been going to Burger Kings every since they built one on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth in 1969. But this Burger King on 1106 North Military Highway is a cut French fry above the rest! First of all the exterior was clean, inside the bathroom was clean and the Dining Area was immaculate, scrubbed floors, clean tables and chairs! Wow! I only had French toast sticks, tata tots and a chocolate shake but it was served with kindness and expertise!

I stopped by this morning for breakfast at this Burger King. I’ve ordered two breakfast sandwiches and I was shocked when one of my sandwich’s protein was ice cold like it came from the back of the refrigerator straight to my sandwich. I took it to the counter and complained. The person said they would remake the sandwich and I felt bad having to remake the entire food so I was like could you just have them make the protein again and put it in a sandwich thing and give it to me? The person behind the counter had the bright idea of grabbing a napkin, not washing their hands, but just grabbing a napkin in the sink go ahead, hand me yours and I’ll take it back there for them to heat up……
Do they not train food safety anymore? That was one of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen anybody in the food and beverage industry ever attempt to do.

No just no ! Do not waste your time . After we ordered we sat in line for more than 10 mins . The two cars in front of us moved through, one pulled up to wait even longer for their food. When we did get to the window they had lost our order so we just left.

How quickly everything changes. Usually this one is pretty good as the one on Little Creek Rd consistently screws up the orders every time.
I’d say 1 star for service and atmosphere since the dining room was closed this time also. I’ve tried the new ‘melts’ for the 3rd and last time. Shouldn’t a melt be toasted AND melted? It was cold and looked like plain bread, and the fries were horrible. No sense in going back, I didn’t find out until I got home and no one answered the phone when I called.
