Not sure if the guy who gave my daughter a brownie after I told her we couldn’t get one heard me or not but you made her night! The food was delicious per usual. Turkey meat market is our favorite! Thank you sir for making our night a little extra special!

Upon entrance I was greeted by several staffers even with a short line they were really friendly to everyone! Grant took my order and was pleasant and provided a thorough recap of my order after several question I had. Andre saw me juggling to gather my items and assisted me with getting my items to my table. Maria worked the dining area doing HANDS DOWN the best Customer service & Enthusiasm I’ve felt and witnessed from a restaurant team in a long time! Thanking each of them and Andy the GM for a Phenomenal Experience.

Great food and great mission! This chain is dedicated to serving those who serve us and the wait staff is incredibly kind. The pulled chicken and brisket sandwich were delicious as well as the green beans and cornbread. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual night out, but with the perk of not breaking the bank and having to get all fancy, and still get the experience of yummy food. Would highly recommend and definitely will return!

We ate lunch today at Mission BBQ in Towson, Maryland. The food and the service were wonderful! Andy the manager, Maria, Tony and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we plan on returning there often.

On a whim, I stopped by to pick up a brisket sandwich and a side salad. I was greeted by Kaiya Hope, she helped me decide to make my sandwich 1/2 lean and 1/2 moist. Best decision. Thank for the outstanding customer service and the delicious lunch. I’ll certainly be back.

I really don’t understand why people eat from this place. I’ve tried the food on 3 separate occasions and it was terrible. However, I saw one of my friend’s order of moist brisket from a different mission BBQ and it looked good so I decided to give it 1 more chance. I placed my order 11/14/25 around 4:43pm. The moist brisket I got was probably the driest brisket Id ever had, tasted like straight salt, and looked nothing like the moist brisket I’d seen my friend with. I also ordered with my roommate and they ordered the leann brisket. Their lean brisket was somehow more juicy and flavorful than mines, but was still dry. I didn’t even have fully cut pieces, it looked like I had torn up scraps. I don’t know if it’s this specific mission bbq that is terrible, or if I don’t like mission bbq in general. But I’m not giving this place another chance after having 4 bad experiences in a row

I’ve NEVER had a problem with the service here. Everyone is so nice. In the many times I’ve been here, nobody has had issues giving me 1 of each sauce. However, the “Sauce Boss” straight up refused to give me sauce after I spent almost $70 on food. What a joke.
