This is my second time ordering from the spot and the food is pretty good! The chicken is tender and juicy. For my first visit I ordered the Almond Boneless Chicken Combination dish, this time I tried the Orange Chicken Combination dish. They were both delicious. I rate this place a 4/5. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the Rochester/Troy area to try it out.

Ordered from door dash for the first time, food is thoroughly OK, we ordered sesame chicken, wonton soup, and veggie lo mein. The lo mein was kind of disappointing, tasted a little…off? I’m not sure how to describe it but the flavor was bland and they use a wide noodle for the lo mein. This seems like the same food they serve at the food court in Somerset mall.

The food was okay, portion sizes were okay… but the place opened 45 minutes late when I had placed an online order! I walked out an hour after my order was supposed to be fulfilled (around 1pm, if I recall correctly), only to find hair in my food.
Apparently the hair-in-food problem is a known issue, and I’m BEGGING the staff here to consider hair nets.
There are better places in the area for the same food.

Utterly disgusted, I watched my wife pull a long black hair out of her mouth and about gagged. I always liked their food, but this is a deal breaker. Couldn’t even get a refund because they were closed. I would have liked to call but they were closed and their website has no correspondence. My wife is a blonde and I’m a brunette and never touched her food.

Friendly staff but food was pretty bad unfortunately. Orange chicken was the best thing we tried in my opinion and it was still mediocre. Portion sizes are small for a Chinese place. Sesame chicken was ok. Almond chicken was terrible. Wonton soup awful. Egg drop soup was ok. Egg rolls inedible. Likely won’t be back

I used to order from here before Covid and really liked it, but this place closed down during Covid. I was happy to see it come back. However, something changed because the General Tao’s chicken is much too sweet now. The Hunan beef was just OK. I may give it one more try to see if this was just an off day before I give up on this place.

I’ve lived in Metro Detoit for many, many years, and have been on a constant journey to find good Chinese cuisine in the area. After eating at Twin Dragons, I can confidently say my journey has come to an end! The food here was by far the best I’ve had in Rochester, Rochester Hills, Sterling Heights, Troy, and Warren area.
I had the crab ragoons, egg drop soup, and sweet & sour chicken combo. The ragoons were crispy and had a wonderful mix of sweet and savory filling. The egg drop soup was perfect for a cold winter day and was delicious! The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and tender, and the fried rice had almost a smoky flavor, and like everything thing else, was delicious. The egg roll wasn’t greasy tasting at all and had a well seasoned exterior shell. It had a ton of cabbage inside, which I personally loved.
We dined in, but many people came and went with takeout orders. The ladies that served us were very friendly and attentive, and the food was out in about 15 minutes. From what we could see of the kitchen, everything is made fresh to order – no platters of food sitting around waiting for people to buy. The prices were very reasonable (cost us about $40 with two orders of crab ragoons, a pint of soup, and two combo meals), and the portions were plentiful. Part way through eating, I thought to take a picture, so the portions are actually a bit larger than shown. We had more than enough to make a second meal for the next day!
TLDR; best Chinese food north of 11 Mile, great prices, plentiful portion sizes, fast, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

god dayum I was surprised by how good it was. The chicken was super crispy, but not dry, and the sauce had the perfect mix of sweet and savory without being too heavy or sticky. Staff was nice, and service was quick even though they were pretty busy.
