The fact that i spent $60 had free delivery and this the trash they send me pizza look a week old wings burnt didn’t even look at the food just took 2 bites and couldn’t even swallow it and now i have to wait and other hour for a new order from somewhere else and 10 days to get a refund this is so unacceptable won’t be ordering from Aurelio’s location on ridge rd in Griffin, Indiana

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered thin crust with extra sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and onions—but what I received was completely wrong. Not only was the pizza missing pepperoni, but instead has green peppers. It looks like it was hastily made with the wrong ingredients.
I double-checked my receipt and it clearly shows what I ordered, so there’s no confusion on my end. When you pay for specific toppings and customization, it’s frustrating to get something you didn’t ask for.
I won’t be ordering from here again unless they take customer orders more seriously.

Very disappointed I don’t know what kind of sauce was in my pizza but it tasted sour kind of bitter and the sausage was dry, over all will not be ordering from here every my wings are burn on the outside but raw in the middle how does that work? $70 spent and it’s going in the garbage sick, will never Oder from them again I have been cramping and vomiting started about 1 o’clock last night and the rest of the pizza that was left that was that I hardly touched. Smells horrible will never ever touch Aurelio again.

This ranks low on pizza places for me, Its the sauce, its not very good. I got their version of a calzone. $27 & some change. Ive gotten pizza here before. Tried giving them a couple of chances to redeem themselves.

Asked about catering. They seemed confused and gave us some really wild explanations. We ordered a med pizza to try them out. I normally get from the munster location. Munster told us to check with Griffith since they didnt want to take their business and thats where my event will be. Ordered a med mushroom cheese pizza they added green peppers to the pizza when the recipt is stapled to the front of the box. Won’t be coming bsck here and will be sticking with the Munster location. The Griffith location just seemed to be all over the place.

OH MY GOSH!!! This may just be the best thing I’ve EVER eaten. The other locations should either close down or come and take a class here. The crust was so light and flaky the sauce (wow)had me wanting to slap my granny for not being Italian.. Baby they do it right here
