It’s cute inside and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My order (3lbs crawfish) was ready within a couple minutes. I got it to go, which was about a 5 minute drive to my destination. The crawfish size was good. The spice and flavor were good, but the crawfish meat itself tasted and felt rubbery. The butter had almost a plastic flavor to it. I could only eat a pound and I threw the rest away. I’m sure their other menu items are good but the crawfish just wasn’t it for me.

Now hidden gem in Rosenberg. We visited for the first time and loved it. We ordered the Tribeca Po’Boy, cheese bread, and the Half & Half platter. Everything was delicious. Sweet tea was good too. The dipping hot sauce is spicy but flavorful. The boil tasted really good. Great food, friendly and clean atmosphere. Didn’t try any of their alcoholic drinks this time but will do for sure on the nex visit. Definitely coming back often.

I did not get a photo of all of our food. We did get a photo of the crawfish Étouffée bread (10/10 yum). We also got a trifecta poboy (8/10). Only critique on that one is more gravy on the sandwich itself. We also got the shrimp platter and half and half platter. The way they boil here is definitely different than what people expect from a “typical boil” from tiktok but for us it is a 10/10. We got medium and that was good enough heat for us. Like I said some people expect bloves sauce level boil but as someone who lived in Louisiana for 4 years if you need sauce to make your boil taste good then you’re doing it wrong. The flavor on this boil has a citrus twist and I absolutely love that. We got a side of the spicy wet seasoning and I love that. Lastly we got a side of boiled mushrooms. I’m a big fan of boiled mushrooms and these hit the spot.

I was skeptical. Having visited the Heights location years ago, I wasn’t very impressed with the crawfish. Being in Rosenberg for a few years, it’s hard to find great boiled seafood in the area. I decided to give them a try and so glad I did! It was my first batch for this season and the flavor hit my soul. Happy to kick off crawfish season with Boil House and looking forward to many, many more ⚜️

First time, and I really enjoyed it. I’m very picky with any boil. I got the medium shrimp platter that came with corn and sausage. I love hot and the girl at the front desk says the medium brings heat and flavor but not too hot. She was so right. The corn soaked up the heat and did take me out though. Im not gonna lie. It was . Will definitely come back.

I ordered medium and it was still to hot, I’m from South Louisiana and have boiled crawfish for 40 years. They were good but a little too hot. The spice was good. I think they sock them in seasoned water and leave them a little bit too long. The meat was a little mushy. On the bright side they were not over cooked. Overall not bad, but with a little tweaking it could be great! Keep up the work and always try to improve. Not many places in Houston do a good job boiling crawfish.

I lived in Louisiana for around 10 years and found all the good places, Well , this is at or above the qualities for service and food. There’s not a big sign or huge parking lot to get seated inside there but so what? I would rather have good food with no parking than a big parking lot and crappy food.

I give 10+***** visited the Rosenberg location on Friday 1/23/26.
The establishment was very clean and the service was amazing.
The crawfish was clean and the flavor was perfect.
I also ordered the roast beef sandwich, the bread was soft and the roast beef was very tender. If you ever had a Darrel’s Sandwich in Lake Charles, this is very similar.
Highly recommended and definitely will be back. This food reminds me of home being from Louisiana.
