This review is just a wake up call for Panera I just want to say I come to the place three to five times a week I think this place is good for a good meal and relaxing time but unfortunately I’ve noticed quality of the place, food , and environment is going down day by day.

ordered a toasted bagel with spread and two drinks.
they gave me two drinks and the wrong un-toasted bagel, no spread.
asked an employee to correct it.
manager came over with the supposedly correct order.
bagel wasn’t toasted.
the receipt has a bold phrase “accuracy matters”.
you would think they would take the effort to correct it the first time.
not going there again.

I experienced a mix-up with my order; I was accidentally given another customer’s items. I didn’t realize this until I got to work. When I contacted the store, the manager, Daniel, handled the situation immediately. He was quick to address the issue and offered a sincere apology. His professionalism and accountability were greatly appreciated.

I ordered the Pick 2 Half Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Toasted Frontega Chicken. Everything was good but my bag of chips was opened already which I was mad at because I was looking forward to it. Otherwise then that, the service was speedy and the food was delicious.

I tried to order a salad and was told I couldn’t because I am not a MyPanera member. Why would part of the menu be blocked off for people who are interested in receiving promotional emails.

Ordered a Cinnamon crunch bagel and a caramel latte at the kiosk and it took 20 minutes to get my order. I went in the morning and it wasn’t busy at all at the register. When I went to pick up to find my order they sent me back to the register saying my order was there and it wasn’t so I went back to pick up. The lady was rude to my friend and I when we asked about our orders. When I finally got my order they gave me a unsliced and untoasted bagel. Basically got a cold ball of bread. Never go here.

Ahhhhh Panera bread!!! You really can’t go wrong with soups, sandwiches, pastries, and just good bread! Not to mention the phenomenal baked chips I got the turkey avocado sandwich with chips with was greeeeeat and my mother got the turkey sandwich which included onions and a broccoli & cheese soup. Both were delicious!!! I dipped the sandwhich in the soup and oh my gee it was Sooo good.

The food is as good as any other Panera (amazing), the food came fast, and the order was correct, but the women’s bathroom was pretty disgusting. The seat of my stall had dried urine and feces on it and only one of the sinks and soap dispensers worked.

I typically enjoy Panera but this was the second time at this location the food was not right and was pretty terrible. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It is supposed to have chicken, avocados, peppers, gouda cheese and Cilantro and sauce. I also added pickled onions and tomatoes to it and extra chipotle sauce. When I got the sandwich home it had barely any chicken and a tomato on it..no avocado, cheese, chipotle sauce, peppers or onions. It was a terrible sandwich and hard to believe I paid over $10 and waited 25 minutes to get it.
