I want to start this off by saying I know they have no control over DoorDash, but this i tried to solve the problem myself and they still messed up. I ordered a HOT Philly Sandwhich (that’s how it naturally comes on the menu anyways) off of DoorDash to be delivered to my job. DoorDash never got me a dasher, I waited 30 minutes and subway had notified the food was done, so I canceled the order, got refunded. I did NOT want a cold sandwhich that was supposed to be hot especially in the winter. Now from the same subway (DIFFERENT APP- uber eats) I ordered the same thing, knowing now I would finally be assigned a driver (I was), and get the sandwhich in time for it to still be hot. But no, subway instead gave me the COLD sandwhich from a PREVIOUS ORDER. Absolutely terrible. If it happened to be a different person ordering the same thing they would just give them the same sandwhich? It absolutely angered me, I had now paid lots of money, as I was not refunded right away, for a cold cheesesteak and a soda with the ice melted. I have worked in the food service industry before, I know how the online orders work. DoorDash and Uber eats have entirely different screens- they are on two separate tablets with different functionality to them. There is no way they assumed it was the same DoorDash order. Terrible.

extremely annoyed, they wouldn’t let me get the sandwich I’ve been getting for years. Everytime I’ve gone to a subway I’ve gotten a foot long, Italian bread, bologna, American cheese, extra cheese, toasted, with mayonnaise, Lays chips, and a bottle of water.
The worker said they couldn’t make that for me today, and could only make it if it had bologna, ham, and salami. I thought the point of subway was so you could make your own sandwich?? Apparently not.

Incompetent people who can’t do a simple job like making a sandwich. Ordered a veggie patty sub with no veggie patties inside. Ordered choc chip cookies and got the wrong ones and also got the wrong drink. If you can’t even make a simple sandwich then I feel for you in life. Never will order from this place again

My 15 year old son just went in with a coupon. The owner REFUSED to allow him to use the coupon, then made him pay in advance, overcharging him by 100%! A 12″ sub with coupon was $9.99 – He pre-charged my son $20! Disgusting. Want Subway? Go to Rocky Point!

Not a bad subway. Employees were friendly but for some reason whenever I try to use my “rewards card” to earn points for money off future orders the card never works according to them. And I didn’t get my points even though I tried swiping the card twice. Also pretty small place not much room for seating.

Let me start by saying we order from here at least once a week! Well today will be my last visit to miller place location! I saw new faces there the past 2 times and asked if they are the new owners, they replied yes! I told them we are regulars, and wished them the best of luck! I got home and was extremely disappointed my sandwich was mostly a loaf of bread with barely any meat or cheese! I wish I was able to post a picture. Anyway they will be needing the luck I wished them if they continue to make extremely skimpy sandwiches! I already miss the previous owners!

I would come here probably everyday if I knew they weren’t ripping me off on my meat count. For example, on the BMT I know how many slices of each meat supposed to go on the hero, they don’t give you the count you’re supposed to get And on top of that the one man who makes my sandwich always just slapd everything doesn’t even try to make it nice. So sorry won’t have my business

I went to the MP Subway location for the first time because the location in Mt Sinai (much closer to me) is horrific! The two woman in MP are very friendly. The patience that the young woman had with me was amazing. Subway is sometimes confusing with there coupons and the store wall menu. She actually helped me with the best coupon for the items that I was ordering. Mt Sinai DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS and there is a communication problem. MP will be my designated place to go. Thank You MP for being efficient, clean, personable and patient.
