This location has excellent cooks who bust their butts to make the food good every time! I travel for work and visit a lot of locations. So far in Ohio this one beats the rest! Shout out to the cooks, wait staff, and management that keeps them in line! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Service was slow to get drinks started. Manager had to relay what we wanted. When we finally got to place our order I asked for over medium eggs on my rise and shine burger. I like yoke.. I got a scrambled fried egg. Very disappointed again.

So I’m not feeling good and thought I would order some food because being sick I don’t feel like cooking at all, the restaurant is right down the street from me I done curb side so I didn’t have to get out because I’m sick! The so I’m watching the order process and it’s still saying it’s preparing the food! Finally I called and the girl said the food has been done! So I get there and show the girl the order in my phone and it’s still saying the order is still processing! The manager comes out and said she had it done! I said yes but I showed her the order on my phone that said the order was still processing! She said you’re right the fries probably are not good now! We will make you more this time! Like it was my fault! So being sick I had to wait another 4 minutes in the fries and how ever long it took the girl to tell the manager to come out to my car!! I should have gotten a little refund for all the trouble they put me through on their behalf but I won’t go there any more!!

Ordered the chopped steak It was burned on one side and the size of a hamburger patty thin complained to manager and it was 1/4 the size of the last chopped steak I had their the two side orders were smaller also. The mack and cheese was cooked as long as it should have been pasta was half Hard….. I told the manager THREE TIMES I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN……. I WILL NEVER NE BACK

Normally I’d give a properly functioning Bob Evans 5 stars but this one missed the mark when it gets to standards. The place was pretty busy when we initially went in but it cleared out the closer we got to closing time. Two of the pot pies we ordered were thinly sauced and basically consisted of a cup of ingredients swimming in a very thin sauce that resembled broth more than rue or gravy. The cheese baked potato soup tasted great but the potatoes were very under cooked.
One of the servers spent nearly the entire time we were there talking to a table of girls who didn’t seem impressed with his sloppy appearance and inflated stories that were meant to impress. He should have been cleaning instead for 40 minutes instead of focusing on flirting.

We hadn’t stopped at Bob Evans for quite a while, so we stopped in for a late breakfast.
The service was good, but I ordered breakfast with two scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage patty, and pancakes. The eggs and pancakes were fine. However, it was obvious that the home fries and sausage patty were left over from early breakfast. They were both overcooked.
This is one of my reasons that I do not stop at Bob Evans very often.
