On a whim, stopped for a quick pickup for breakfast Sunday morning. Staff was friendly, place was busy, and options were plenty. Boyfriend and I ordered a Farmhouse sandwich and a spicy BBQ/pulled pork sandwich. He also ordered a hot chai latte.
We got home, and dug in. Woah! I liked the flavor profiles of each sandwich a lot, just wish there had been a bit more filling to bagel ratio. Otherwise, fantastic first try of any Manhattan Bagel!
Will definitely grab food from here again!

This is by far the worst bagel establishment in the Lehigh Valley Area. I was in on 03/08 to place A breakfast order. I am new in town. I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in. A few “regulars” came in and was immediately greeted. I waited over 20 minutes for a toasted plain bagel with egg and Turkey bacon. The Turkey bacon and egg was overcooked and the bagel was chewy and flat. Tasted like it was heated in a microwave. The only thing Manhattan about this place is the price. My sandwich and drink was close to $15. Lastly I saw the older gentlemen touch garbage and immediately start working on the grill with no gloves as I was about to leave. The food attitude and cleanliness turned me off completely to this establishment.

Stood inside as the only customers who didn’t order yet for more than five minutes with NO ONE acknowledging us. Someone else came in who they seemed to know and was greeted immediately. I even told my husband loud enough for them to hear that we should just leave if they weren’t going to help. He wanted to stay because this is the closest bagel shop to us and he wanted to try it. When we finally order it was almost twenty with tip for three bagels. It was sad. We got three different bagels and all had no flavor and minimal cream cheese if that’s what that was. Wrong consistency . It’s all mark up on bagels so at least put enough cream cheese to enjoy. Didn’t even bother eating half of it. Will not be going back.

This was legitimately the worst bagel I’ve ever had. It was flat, chewy like it had been microwaved (not chewy like a bagel should be) and the cream cheese was not cream cheese—it was some kind of synthetic goo that still haunts my dreams. 0/10 do not recommend.

Meh. Finally popped in. Coffee was pretty weak. Bagels were okay. Egg Bagel tasted like onions and had poppy seeds in it. Weirdly, I think Giant has better Bagels. Haven’t tried any other food or drinks.

One of the best versions of this chain I have ever come across! Doesn’t feel like just another franchise, its a lovely atmosphere with really friendly staff. I had spent my week in Allentown working out of this store and enjoyed the music they play. The person at the counter is a lovely and super friendly host. The bagels in the morning are super fresh. 10/10 would reccomend!

First time ordering and it was great. Bagel was fresh & delicious, selection was amazing. On top of that coffee was spot on. The staff was also helpful. Definitely coming back and would recommend if people are looking for tasty bagels to give this place a try.

Great staff that pays very close attention to detail. I am very particular when it comes to service and consistency and this location of Manhattan Bagel gets it right, every time! The food is always fresh, and served exactly as ordered (every time). The staff is friendly, gets to know your order, and makes you feel welcome. We have also used their catering for a larger office event, and everyone loved it!
