Most garbage chipotle I’ve been to. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Grabbed a barbacoa bowl to go and the only protein that was in there was these piece of fat chunks. The time and money I wasted to get this bowl is infuriating.

The meat was dry. Everything looked as tho it had been taken from their cooler from the day before. They don’t seem to stir anything so it even appears moist. The floor doesn’t looks tho it hasn’t seen hot water and soap, ever. No one bothered to wash tables. They seem to believe that because the store is rustic inside, that nothing has to be cleaned. My last time there. Ugh!

Absolute atrocity. Horrific management, if you could even call it that. I’ll drive to Orland Park’s Chipotle from now on. I sat there for ~10 minutes with no one else in line. Not a single customer at the store at 7:00pm. 4 employees behind the counter all looking at each other. Not a single one asked if I’d like to order, take my order, or do anything remotely close to a single task resembling anything considered work.
They argue, they emotionally vent, they deflect responsibility, have zero clue what customer experience, service, and retention is. It’s a bunch of teens and twenty year olds with zero training, guidance, or work ethic. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It’s the “Nth” time and now I’m sharing my story and never returning. I’ve given this place too much money, too many chances, despite being continually let down.
It’s the same employees, same poor attitude, same poor management, and it will never change. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Sooo, I go on lunch right, hungry as hell and I’m like I’ll get chipotle.. I really wanted some steak so I get steak in my bowl. I’m eating it and some of the steak pieces are so chewy like it’s meat cartilage? So I’m spitting out steak pieces.. Later in the night after the gym with my bestie were hungry and she suggested chipotle and I tell ok don’t get the steak she gets it anyway lol but I got chicken. Different location btw.. and then she starts spitting out pieces of chewy cartilage steak too all over the plate. Moral of the story is don’t get the steak

This is the worst chipotle! They take forever, I found a long hair in my food that I know isn’t mine because I just chopped my hair office a week ago. And my guacamole had a weird taste. The workers were nice to me. But the place feels unclean. Maybe they’re understaffed and have poor training. It’s not worth your hard earned money. Literally a waste.

Food is typically decent as far as chiptoles go. Where my lack of stars come is their chips. They now started offering a “large.” While the bag may be larger, the chip quantity sure isn’t. I also feel that chip durability has gone down over the years and doesn’t hold up when dipping.

Visited this location a little before closing, and normally, experiences with chipotle before they close are horrible. But not this location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the store was clean of course, they still had food and were not stingy with the portions. It’s hard to locate the store at night if you do not know exactly where it is, it’s in the same building as mattress firm. ADA accessible. Food was delicious and I was given a very generous portion. Will return to this location.

A year ago, I posted about this location and how great it was. A year later, brown lettuce at 715pm with no fresh lettuce for the rest of the night. Terrible customer service from the young lady with the nose ring and green hair because I asked politely were the chips fresh. Sarcastic response and eye rolling like I was inconveniencing her. Service has drastically changed for the worst.

Never going to this location again. Today I have given this place its 3rd & last chance. My bf & I got tacos & a burrito for carryout. It took 15 minutes more after it said it would be ready. We got home the burrito was so cold inside could barely eat it. The tacos tasted like someone poured water over them we had to heat up our own tortilla shells & switch it. Super upsetting after spending $30 on food that has the lowest quality ever. I work in a restaurant & would never serve something with these standards.
