We ordered carry out. The pizza was amazing. Staff was very friendly and polite. The pizza was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Greatest pizza in Knoxville! If you can’t tell, I’ma huge fan of Harby’s Pizza and Deli. Thank you for always providing such great food.

Pizza is awesome but have to figure out the 3rd party delivery. Left my pizza on the front porch in the snow / rain to get cold with no knock to even let me know it’s been delivered. Who did my delivery tip even go to??? You can’t have that. The 1 star probably goes to Uber or Lyft but gotta do better.

I’ve lived close for years and never tried it. ever since my favorite deli closed i was looking for something new that ain’t corporate. how i never even thought about this place before is crazy cause i got their thing they call the wedgie, and it was freaking amazing. i also got their peanut butter cake and it was very good. i will totally be coming back and totally recommend anyone come and try this places food. i haven’t had their pizzas, but after today next pizza night im making sure i get one from here

Small place with some odd parking but manageable. They make their pizzas with the cheese on top of the toppings, which I prefer. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. My order had some changes compared to the default items but they confirmed everything was as I requested (and it was).
The pizza was delicious and decent on price. It’s kind of a hole in the wall that has been around for awhile but I enjoy it and last time I went here was probably 8 years ago.
After this recent experience I plan to go back more often.

My wife loves the Wedge – massive sandwich wrapped in pizza dough and gets sent through the pizza oven. Recommend. My son and I got a cheese pizza and the crust was crisp and the cheese was toasty. You could “fold” the crust and the pizza helps up! We will be back.

This place used to be the best pizza, sandwiches, and desserts in the area. I don’t know what happened, but I got my parents pizza from here when I was back in town because they’ve been having trouble finding a decent pizza place, and it was garbage. The crust was tough and crunchy, the toppings were barely there, and they threw it away. Too bad. They live close by and would have ordered frequently.

I’m completely changing my review for this restaurant. No body deserves to be yelled at by a service worker when they completely screwed up my ordered. When I called to get my order fixed. The red headed employee berated me. Yelled that I was trying to trick him like some weirdo. Didn’t care that I said several times I am vegan and make sure my order is vegan. He didn’t want to take responsibility but make pathetic excuses for screwing up my order. I had to drive out there twice. Even the redo pizza wasn’t made correctly. But I wasn’t going to drive there a third time for a third messed up order. After being yelled at and so many screwed up orders over the passed year. I’m just over this place. Might as well just get frozen pizza, it tastes better anyways. Since they can’t even make a proper pizza sauce. It’s way too sweet pizza sauce and stingy with the vegetable toppings. Then that red headed employee mentions that the dough isn’t always vegan and I should be specific about that too. Bc telling him,” I’m I am vegan and to please keep my pizza vegan.” wasn’t enough of a clue in the first place. So, being specific here. You will still most likely not get what you ordered and yelled at by the employees too.

UPDATE… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The first 2 pizzas were wonderful. The last 2 were made with cheaper lesser quality ingredients. The bacon was now bacon bits as you will see from my pics and this is supposed to be extra bacon. I called and complained and it didn’t seem to matter. I am including their Maui Wowi pic from their site which is what we got the first 2 times then you can see the difference with the cheap bacon bits they now use. I won’t pay 37.00 for a large and a small pizza where they don’t care if their quality goes down with inferior ingredients.
First Review: Absolutely loved this hidden gem. Came across it by shear accident and gave it a try. We tried the Maui Wowi Pizza 2xs. Once with chicken and once with extra bacon. They were incredible but because we love bacon so much we couldn’t get enough of the extra bacon Maui Wowi. The crust is thin and delicious and was topped with BBQ sauce, jalapeños, pineapple and bacon. I ate 2 pieces for lunch the next day cold and loved every bite. My son loved their pepperoni with extra pepperoni. We also tried their version of bread sticks which is a super thin crust with cheese and topped with what tasted like garlic and some other herb. OMG… It was also amazing. They give you dipping sauce but who needed it; not us. We are going to try their sandwiches next which also look amazing.
