We came in last night for dinner and had William as a server. He was exceptional and went above and beyond. It’s definitely the best service we’ve had at this location in the 10 years of living here. Had the chop steak with gravy. The gravy was delicious. The food came out fast.

Place is AMAZING!!!! Our waitress, Kania (spelling may be incorrect) was the most helpful ever! She was spot on with food recommendations and super friendly. Food was VERY delicious!!!! Our only complaint: why didn’t we find this place sooner!?!?!?!? Came here for our new grandson and find this 4 days before we’re to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Done with this location. Call in orders are always messed up. I ordered a cheesesteak with pepper jack cheese & ended up smothered in American. Very little meat as well. Ordered large gravy fries with extra gravy & no extra gravy. We use to get take out here all the time, but we are done now.

Took forever today! I’m not sure why because it’s usually great. Food was good, shake was delicious… we ordered the kids meals and never got the cars (however we weren’t about to complain and it take even longer.) Service was kind but EVERYTHING took so long!

Just left the drive through and received soda water though what I ordered was a large doctor pepper and large mountain dew so I turned around to go back through the drive through and you’re employees blocked the drive through and then proceeded to ignore me and my friend when trying to have them fix the issue. These drinks were too expensive to be treated this way and to be ignored. I understand they’re ready to go home but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Amazing little diner!! Love the decor, lots of character. The staff are top notch and greet you as soon as you walk in the door, not just one, but every person working! They even open the door for you when they see you coming. My son decided to take the Five Five Challenge, see the pictures I’m posting, which entails 55 ounces of hamburger patties stacked high, a plate full of fries and a drink and it has to ALL be eaten in 30 minutes or less. My son ate it ALL in 14 minutes, holy cow! We’re new to the area and will make this lovely diner a regular stop! Their freshly made daily frozen custard is AMAZING!!

I did a call in , pick up order. For some reason they labeled it door dash. I picked up my order myself. Ordered a caramel slake- it was just milk with a few clumps of ice cream and a lemonade that had something in it. Ordered the cheesesteak which was just ok. Waste of time and money.

Me and husband wanted to go in for some ice cream once we got there we sat down the waiter came she gave us menu she ask what we wanted to drink we told her we wanted some shakes but we needed a minute she then proceeded to stare at us my husband told her twice we needed time then we walked away she came back my husband order a shake I ordered a banana split she comes back and hands me a bowl full of liquid from melted ice cream then said we ran out of bananas and that the ice cream was so fresh it melted she should’ve told me there was no banana and the ice cream was melty I would’ve ordered something else while I’m eating the melted ice cream and grabs my bowl and I told her I wasn’t finished she then stood infront of the table til I told her I wasn’t finish then she left she needs to be trained a little bit better and communicate with the customers

Carolina burger was delish. From sit down to food coming out on a busy night they didn’t skip a beat. The waiter although very young was very thorough and professional. The inside has some wear and tear but that’s understandable since it’s a high trafficked area. Maybe it’s time to redu some of seat covers. 1st time at this location. I’ve been going to hwy 55 for a while even when it was called Andys but haven’t stopped at this location. Loved it will be back to this location for sure. Whole staff was very young except for the cooks and they handled themselves very well.
