He won’t find barbecue as good as this place anywhere nearby. I’ve eaten barbecue all over the country and holy crap.… The pulled pork is to die for! Don’t forget about the sweet tea, very good, especially if you put a little bit of squeeze lemon in it.… my wife absolutely loved the pudding, but this is a great place to stop in and get some chow(food).

Went in ordered my initial meal. Maybe a minute later, I ordered a large plate also thinking I should get something for leftovers. Then I heard the lady that was fixing my food complaining that I should have ordered it all at the same time. They were kinda slow that day and really was it that difficult? No hospitality no class. Not the same staff they use to have cooking the food either at best its okay. If you go know what you want when its time to order because it seems like pulling teeth if you want to add on to your order. Who get mad because you want want to buy more items , no business savvy. I wonder if dukes barbecue will mind if I wanted to add to my order, truly a minute later

The pulled pork is great, while the sides are generally good. I appreciated the dessert options, however the drink selections were limited. It is a good barbecue restaurant; it isn’t my favorite in the CSRA, but it has been the traditional flag bearer for the region. Definitely worth going to once, due to its history.

We’ve had Carolina Bar-B-Cue before at a few outdoor parties and enjoyed it, but today was our first time eating at the restaurant.
We both had the BBQ buffet. I found the food to be pretty good, but nothing special. I would have liked hamburger buns for a sandwich, but they only have bread slices. My lovely wife, however, declared that everything was delicious!
The highlight for me was the chocolate pudding with cookies and cream. Yummy!

This was a very terrible experience. I came home and I felt very sick. My head was hurting. I have a big headache. This food was not good. Very bad selections. I will not be returning back to this place is the workers. The employees was staring at me and my family when we were trying to eat The barbecue was dry. It just was not good. This place is a legit classic South Carolina BBQ spot. The employees are very friendly and the food is wonderful. Tastes just like family home cooking. Hash and bbq por are fantastic. Mac and cheese is super cheesy. The nice staff member recommended okra and it was a great choice! Great portion sizes.

Came here on the recommendation of locals, was absolutely NOT disappointed! Fantastic pulled pork and all of the sides were everything I could ask for regarding southern comfort food fare. The hash was something I’d never tried but it was outstanding here! Thanks Carolina Bar-B-Que for a memorable experience!
