The food tasted good enough but the price is ridiculous! I bought two large subs for my son’s and it cost us around 32 dollars. That’s with no drink or anything else just the sandwiches. To me that’s pure ridiculous! You can get two 12-inch subs from Subway and get the drinks and chips or cookies for around $20. To me it’s just not worth that extra money. I didn’t even end up ordering one for myself. I’ll probably not be going back unless I win the lottery and can afford one money on things… The service was great. The people were really friendly and I have nothing bad to say about them. The atmosphere was great it’s just the price that to me is ridiculous. This is the first time I’ve been to one and I won’t be going back. I tried one of their subs and honestly they’re not any better than Subway just more expensive and they come with a pickle

The AI answering for phone orders is a waste of time and completely ridiculous. It took me over 4 minutes to order JUST a medium hook and ladder to go. No additions no substitutions. It repeated every single ingredient on the sub 3 separate times while I was attempting to order. It also repeated every possible add on (cookie, brownie, chips, ‘deals’) available despite me stating I did not want anything added or upgraded. I had to still ask inside if they received my call in order because I hung up when it repeated the entire ingredient list of the sub for the 3rd time after I provided my name. Not to mention the utter uselessness of AI, its inaccuracy’s, and the irreparable damage it is actively causing our environment. Please stop using this.

Waited for over 20 minutes for online order, when I went into the store someone ordered in house and got their food before me. I repeated the instructions and food order upon arriving, but I did not realize that I had an entire sandwich missing from my order and my wife’s sandwich was covered in onions after I specifically asked for none.

I ordered 2 md steak & chz sandwiches with no onions, no peppers, no mayo, no mustard on one; no mayo, no mustard, add gen peppers, olives to the other.
When we got the order both sandwiches were wrong. Neither had cheese both had onion & pepper. One with the olives. Both sandwiches were soggy on top, hard on bottom. When I called to talk to a manager, he was very rude about the whole situation. Said I could get a refund from uber. That’s fine, I will. But I ordered so my very sick child could eat. He cannot have onions or peppers. He just had major bowel surgery 3 weeks ago! And we’re without a vehicle. SHAME ON YOU FIREHOUSE!!! Do better. I’ll never order from your establishment again.
