I’m a regular at this location and on Saturday afternoon 7/19 I placed a mobile order for a foot long on white (or Artisan Italian as it’s referred to in the app). They give me Italian Herbs & Cheese. I go inside and tell them they messed up and the sandwich was supposed to be on white bread. The woman behind the counter then tells me that it’s my fault because I ordered Italian and not white. I then tell her that I ordered Artisan Italian (aka white bread) on the app, not Italian Herbs & Cheese. She continues to argue with me and say I’m wrong, that Italian is the one with herbs and cheese. I don’t care that they messed up but don’t blame the customer and tell them that they are in the wrong just because the employee can’t be bothered to even know the menu of the restaurant she works at. I have been a regular here for 3 years and will never come back.

Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch and asked for it to be toasted. Not toasted, was still cold when I got it. Tried two different fountain drinks, both were flat. Told the lady working there and she said to go ahead and get a bottle. They didn’t have the kind I wanted (actually had very few choices, mostly diet). Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Went in on my lunch and it wasn’t busy. There were two lady’s working, the lady that took my order kept talking to her coworker while making my sandwich and had an attitude when I asked her to toast it even tho I had already asked and she ignored me the first time. I said thank you anyways and she just walked off. Won’t be back.

Located in a busy shopping center with a medical office nearby. This usually means this store is busy most times of the day.. This store is usually ran with a small staff, and the lines are frequently backed up a few customers deep. The staff has always been friendly, polite, and courteous. They now offer a few new subs.

I went there after a long period of waiting for a better staff to arrive. The service is very good, but takes a long time. ( you better have 30 mins). I ordered two foot longs ( meatball and chicken teriyaki). The meatball had too much avocado, to the point you couldn’t taste anything else. The teriyaki had way too much sweet onion sauce, and hardly any chicken. Very disappointed to say the least.
