Hate to do this, but have to. It’s unacceptable. This was about a week ago. Late afternoon. The dining area was not crowed. We started to use the kiosk but noticed it was extremely dirty. I told the woman taking our order that is was very dorty. Ordered our food, sat down and enjoyed the meal. Enjoyed it but what’s up with the lack cheese? Is there a cheese shortage or something? Anyway, we took notice that not one staff member came and wiped off the kiosk. Completely ignored it and it really was nasty. I hate to give bad reviews and only do so when they are deserved. I only do so with hopes that the establishment will see that this kind of customer experience is unacceptable, and detrimental to the success of their business. Hopefully they will strive for cleanliness in the future. I didn’t take a photo of the entire restroom but of the sink. It had a build up of soap scum. So it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for possibly days. Sorry Taco Bell. It will be some time before I dare visit to see if you cleaned up your act. But I truly hope you wil take my review seriously. Best Regards

Nice, clean with speedy service. Walked in and got two tacos made fresh. Grabbed two packs of mild sauce, sat down and enjoyed my meal. Delicious.

Great location for a Taco Bell. Lots of traffic through this area. I went through the drive-thru and as my order was taken they repeated it back to me as I ordered it. Great service right here. As I got to the window I chatted with Coco (I hope I spelled that correctly) while I waited for my food. She gave me a great laugh. This is the customer service that restaurants need to give. The food was great and hot. I’ll be back for sure.

Ordered online to be picked up in drive thru at 9 pm. I get there 9:03 and only one car in line and when I get up to the window I have to wait another 5 minutes. Then get home with our food and the soft taco supream was a mess and runny and wrapper all tore up. I’ll share a pic in photos. Sloppy food preparation and why order ahead if it isn’t ready when you get there. Gesh
