And pinto beans so glad I checked it before eating it… The person definitely had to be trolling when they made this because it’s no way they put chicken on a veggie bowl on accident or gave white rice instead of brown.. my entire order including my other bowls were jacked

As a Chipotle fanatic, I’ve been to many chipotles in my lifetime, good ones, really bad ones, and sadly, this location is the worse one consistently. I had food from here at least 10x and each time was bad. I really hope the owner sees this review and make a surprise visit just to see how the staff rushes, mistreat customers and serve so little food.
Happened again today with the worker, she was moving super fast with attitude and skimping bowls…… even when there’s not a lot of people here, they still rush you like they’re trying to get you out so they could go home. Only reason why we try this location every once in a while is because it’s close. And I was craving chipotle, but something kept telling me not to get it from here. Last time eating from this location, if I have to go to the one up the road in on colesville I will.
Unsure if me and other reviewers are talking about the same rude young lady, but then again, there’s multiple rude workers working here.
The food always taste the same way the workers here act, dry and nasty.

I know this place tends to be packed but they stay messing up orders I ordered online and they messed up my order I asked for my bowl plus lettuce cream cheese and cheese and in the picture I posted that’s obviously missing again not bad but they can work on order efficiency

The only place with brown rice. Best for bodybuilding. I skip the salsa and sauce to cut sodium and lime. Also they don’t do water cups here because it’s downtown and probably people just stealing soda all day too. So whatever. It’s still the best for me to cut or bulk and it’s cheap easy to walk to no problem

Chipotle is great, been going for many years it’s my favorite. But the staff at this location is not cool! Gives me barely a half scoop of chicken and I super politely apologize and ask for a small amount more. She says, in a super annoyed tone, “the portion sizings are correct and if you want more you’re paying for it.” Hey, fair enough! If you actually gave me what I ordered and her tone was super mean like… cmon. Never usually have issues with that, but no wonder chipotle is losing business. And I don’t ever write bad reviews!

Cashier with strange eye colour and dark hair and squeaky immature/unprofessional voice, yesterday around 6pm-7pm decided to disrespect me in front of my toddler because she couldn’t possibly couldn’t hear ( I had asked for tacos for my toddler and she then proceeded to asked me for the meal that comes with it. Whether I would like fruit or chips. With the order I had, I requested chips. Therefore, I had requested for my child to have fruits instead. She decided to get hostile and extremely aggressive yelling stating that I did say I would like additional chips for my daughter. I had apologised and became frightened and tried to explain to this young girl that I had requested for fruits because I had already order chips for us ) or wanted to insult me for no unprovoked reason.
We all have bad days but we should never disrespect mothers who are with their children! She is public nuisance and needs to be fired effectively.
Her conduct goes against every core values and code of ethics implemented by founder and delegates of Chipotle.
She is insult to the company and herself.
Respectfully, Chipotle, do yourselves a favour and get rid of these liabilities; hire a new batch workers; it’s not worth the tarnish and disdainful reputation!

I wasn’t happy with my food, the staff were taking too long and messed up other orders. I told this lady to give me pork, she gave me a little amount, i asked if she could give me a little bit more because I never tried pork & i was hungry, wanted to try it. She said “extra?’ i said no, a little bit because it wasn’t enough for same portion as rice and beans. She gave me a lot after I said a little bit. Completely ignored. Get better staff/service. Who treat us like ‘customers.’
Also it was disgusting overall, the pork was burned. Ruined my whole appetite.

I went yesterday to this place and I had very poor experience. I couldn’t recommend this naughty place. I bought two butting bowls, one chicken with guacamole and one with steak and guacamole too. And I bought 1 Bottle Coca-Cola Zero. I asked the cashier for a cap for Ice to share my soda with my friend, and I explained to her I don’t going to grab soda from the machine. Because I bought a bottle of soda and she was so rude saying they don’t give a cup for ice. While I was asking. The supervisor came out. And that lady doesn’t have any customer service at all. She had a bad attitude and said she could not give me any cup for ice. I asked to speak with someone in a higher position, like the area manager or district manager, and she refuses to give me information. Because I didn’t want to place a review. And told her then I have no choice. I will post a review, and she didn’t care about it. She just looked at me and said OK. Do it. That’s the kind of manager this company has. People’s who don’t care about customers’ services. Honestly, I am so disappointed with this place. Because I spent $33.26 and you don’t care about your customers. There is when you realize those types of managers don’t know how to handle a restaurant. if you don’t want to get your day mestap, please do not go to this place because they are going to ruin your day. I will never go back to this nasty place.

Place was a mess walking in.
Ordered a carne asada steak burrito, not a vegetarian burrito. Where the hell is the steak? What a rip off, there is a damn good reason your share price is tanking chipotle. I genuinely dont want to ever go back to give you my money. If someone orders steak, please give the customer STEAK. Not only that, literally all 4 pieces of steak that i was so graciously given was basically pure fat. I normally dont get upset with food, but this is an utter disgrace to represent yourself with this terrible product.
