Garlic Flavor Pot | Chicken Wings + Squid (Non-Spicy)
This one was the garlic flavor, completely non-spicy but incredibly aromatic. The chicken wings were well braised, tender with a slight bounce in texture. The squid was fresh and flavorful. Napa cabbage, broccoli, wood ear mushrooms, and Chinese sausage were all coated in rich garlic sauce. The flavor was deep but not greasy at all. Even without any spice, it was super satisfying and perfect with rice — the more you eat, the more you want.
