If i could rate the service a negative i would tonight the lady Macy shut the drive thru windows in my husband face he was trying to ask for taco sauce and butter milk I mean hell if you dont like your job then find another but dont treat people poorly.. we are regular customers normally during the mornings& mid day and they dont treat or shut the windows in our face…

Lobby is closed at night and they won’t serve you if you’re a paying customer on a bike some people don’t have cars there always rude low quality service disrespectful to customers and the food is discussing at night they don’t care about there jobs if I was there boss I’d rather fire the overnight crew and close at night than put this low quality food and service out there

The iced mocha coffee is tasty and strong in my opinion. Coffee is what I mostly live on so I rate it as a green flag for other coffee lovers. The spicy chicken sandwich is what I always and only order, & it doesn’t disappoint, as it has a kick.

24 hour open restaurant and I passed by around 11:00 pm. The curly fries were cold and hard. They were not fresh at all. They were quick to take my order and delivered my order correctly though. Bonus points for condiments except no ketchup was added to my bag. The order just wasn’t fresh.

Tonight I went to Jack-in-the-Box drive thru 08/02/2025 around 10:30 pm and ordered a shake and 3 egg rolls, The guy that took my order, didn’t have a name tag on, but he was a white guy with dark longer hair and a mustache wearing a black shirt. He was very rude, Basically took our method of payment and Immediately told us to pull up and slammed his window closed. He didn’t give us a chance to ask for some ranch. We waited at the window for a few minutes, but he didn’t come back so we just went ahead and pulled up. When he brought out our food, we asked if we could get ranch and he said “I gave you sweet and sour” we politely asked “ Is there anyway we can get some ranch also?” The guy rolled his eyes and stormed back inside, Came back outside and gave it to us and was like “ You need to start telling me this at the window” I tried to explain to him that he closed the window too soon and didn’t come back, but he rudely just walked off and waved his hand at us to leave!! Mind you I am eight months pregnant and I just was craving Jack-in-the-Box, ranch and eggrolls. And not once did he ever even ask me what sauce I even wanted. The attitude was not needed. Seems like I can never get good service at this location.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch… they gave me buttermilk ranch which shouldn’t go on a salad and didn’t cut my chicken so I have a salad with a big piece of grilled chicken on top that I now have to take out of the container and cut.

it is ALWAYS something with these people i swear. i can’t tell you how many times we’ve came to get food & the employees been on some bs! for example, tonight the guy tells us we can’t do split payment on card when we’ve done it at this location more times than i can count, they are ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS out of something, you can ask for a certain customization on an item & they say “uh idk how to do that” & then every single time we come to the drive thru, they have us pull up to the front and wait for over 30 minutes EVERYTIME for some tacos.. please hire more people if it takes you a million years to cook a few tacos. somebody needs to retrain this entire staff team ! they walk around looking like this “ ” they talk to customers like they hate their jobs, the atmosphere seems miserable simply because of the staff!
