We were passing through and we were treated to a delicious lunch with excellent service, friendly staff, in a very clean environment! One staff member walked around to see how everything was!!! The dining area was. Dry clean and the restroom was also clean. This one should be used as a model for others to follow! It’s refreshing to find one who does everything right. Kudos to the manager and the entire team!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just wanted some iced tea on a road trip. Inside AT THE REGISTER, I was approached by a panhandler! I got shook down for $$ right there! So sad but so unsafe! It was obvious. The worker simply watched. The “pissy, smelly” guy followed me outside, soliciting for more.

Did a mobile order. Sat in the mobile pick up.spot for 20 minutes. Nobody came out with the food. Drive thru line was congested and card honking with impatience. Went to the drive thru , which took 10 more minutes only to be told they do not do mobile orders after 10 pm. The app DID NOT state that. Was given cold stale food . Food was disgusting and this was the slowest most unprofessional Mc Donald’s I have ever been to. The food was un edible. Threw it all away. Waste of 25 $ and waste of time.

This is the worse McDonalds I’ve been to in a while it’s sad that each time you have black ppl working you get no good service and the store was dirty. They need all new friendly ppl here. Didn’t feel welcome at all.

They filled our order fairly quickly considering how many cars were outside in the drive through. Friendly and the facility was clean throughout. Space markers were still present on floors as was plexi at counter. Mask appreciated a sign indoors read, and kiosk was still closed. But dining space was open.

The outside and inside is dirty. The stuff is full of unprofessional adults and rude teenagers. Plus, the food looks disgusting after ordering. And the lines are always super long, they are always low on products, and they have dirty cups.

We normally love stopping at this McDonald’s on our way through town, but today was different. We stopped in to order, we ordered at 1:25. At 1:45, we had to ask for a refund because we never received our food, even though people ordered after us received their food. I really hope the store manger reaches out to me. The shift manger on duty was worthless.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Directed us to park in the parking area for drive thru. That’s fine. It took 15 minutes and when they brought us the food it was the wrong food. Wasn’t just us, was everyone going through drive thru. Cars parked everywhere waiting on food. We only ordered a couple quarter pounder meals in case you think we had some big complicated order.
Edited to add: my husband didn’t eat his burger for a couple hours because he was driving and it was raw.
