We doordashed Chipotle, this is what we received – a bowl of lettuce and cheese with 3 pieces of meat that was definitely not chicken, and tacos that were stuffed with 100% fat rather than any meat whatsoever (shown on the plate). When I reported this on the app, I was sent coupons via email that expire in a month and then it disconnected our chat. The lard-stuffed tacos were inedible, and the bowl of lettuce & cheese (you can read what it was supposed to be on the lid shown in photo – double chicken with beans, rice, fajita veggies, etc.) was not even close to what we ordered. We noticed that the Concord store was going downhill over last several months and typically one item in our order had an error but rest was okay, we never complained. This time though the order was just an insult to any consumer. To spend $40 on 2 items and no refund given for what we received is absurd. Then the Chipotle AI auto-bot generically responds to all reviews with a link to the Chipotle website (how helpful lol). Time to call quality control (or maybe the health department about the lard-stuffed tacos…).

HORRIBLE! I ordered pickup from their app amd my order was messed up!! I ordered a crunchy STEAK taco and the gave me a nasty, soggy, soft BARBACOA taco! tried to register a complaint on the app – you can get NO help from the virtual assistant – all it does is offer you a FREE DRINK! I don’t want a free drink. I don’t even get my drinks from there. I want you to replace my TACO. It’s ridiculous. I am entirely fed up with them!! This is not the first time my order has been screwed up!

So, we have went a few times and it is always terrible. This picture was taken as soon as we received it. Rotten and rancid guacamole, 2 pieces of chicken in our bowls, water down white rice with no cilantro or any spices, rotten lettuce, and overall just absolutely disgusting. This place is clearly a health code violation because how could anyone think that it’s ok to serve rotten and rancid food to people? We threw everything out!

What happened to this place? Got there just as they were unlocking the doors for the day and it was clear nobody cleans at closing OR opening. Nasty old food crusted on a bunch of tables. Food and trash all over the floor. Sauce bottles all gross and open from the night before. No silverware, napkins out and just put closed packs out didn’t refill. Bathroom was so gross had more urine on the floor than in the toilet. No trash cans out. No ice in the machine. Dirty floor mat rolled up sitting on seating. Smh.
*note- this is not the first time I’ve seen it like this or worse. This is not a one off incident.

This Chipotle is a nice addition to the Crile Road Crossing area in Concord. It is a bit small on the inside but also has a little patio area off to the side. There is a pickup window and a few online ordering parking spots are located in the front. The employees were all very nice and the food was the standard Chipotle fare. We visited at a time when it wasn’t very busy but still it was pretty loud inside. It looked like the ceiling had not yet been finished, so hopefully that will help reduce some of the echoing in the future.

This chipotle has been a problem for us many times. They often are out of ingredients so you cannot get what you want. Whenever we order through the drive thru they get our order wrong. I accidently placed my order here instead of chardon tonight and when I checked they filled half my queso with rice so we only got half a serving basically. We also paid for double meat on one of our bowls and they actually put less meat on that bowl compared to the other (which is a common problem here). Overall, this chipotle is a disappointment.

If you are making the conscious decision to come to this chipotle just know that no matter what time or day you come, they will be out of half of the ingredients you like in your food. But they aren’t going to tell you until you have already started ordering. The tables are always dirty, the napkin station is atrocious and the place looks like it has been over run by Tasmanian Devil. You will get the smallest portion of meat and a ton of sour cream. The staff is not friendly And they will rip your burrito each and every time. Save your time and money, this location is sure to disappoint.

Ordered online for drive-thru pick up. $25 dollar order. Haven’t been to this location since my last review four years ago, which was also poor. We ordered a bowl, that had quite literally 3 pieces of chicken, and frozen corn. A steak quesadilla, that had almost all cheese and tortilla, again with frozen corn. At this point we won’t be trying this location in the coming years. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid that much for rice, cheese and ice corn.

Decent chipotle, food was fresh for the most part. Actual restaurant itself was ok, just needed a cleaning though. We had to clean the table we sat down at by wiping away the mess from the previous person.
Wait staff behind the counter was busy when we were in there as the line was always at the front door, however this does not mean customers need to clean the tables also.

I waited over TWO HOURS for an order. You shouldn’t accept online orders if you don’t have the manpower. I wouldn’t eat anything here either. So much cross contamination with gloves, dirty counters, the register, overflowing trash, and food. Nope, I will eat at home. My cooking and cleaning is a whole lot better.
