I usually go through the drive-through and order different types of coffee, including iced coffee, and the service is always fast and efficient. As soon as I get to the window, my order is ready, and it’s always correct. The staff is friendly, professional, and consistently pleasant, which makes the experience quick and enjoyable every time.

I want to love this Dunkin because I love the one in Deland so much but they take forever. Usually the morning crew is slightly faster. A lot of times my drink is made wrong, I’ve seen people there with no hair net or hair protection and even grabbed my donut with gloves they handled cash in. Not to mention the hashbrowns are usually not crispy and taste kinda stale. This has happened multiple times. I’m disappointed because I am a Dunkin girly and this is the closest one to me 🙁

50% of the time they run out of/dont have the classic donuts. I don’t care but my son loses it every time we go through and leave empty. One thing I’ll never understand is when I ask for an iced coffee and I’m in a rush and just say with sugar and don’t specify liquid sugar they put normal sugar and it doesn’t disintegrate. I never want to wait in the line again to fix my order with screaming kids in the car. I will say the ladies are always really nice occasionally there’s the same one girl that sounds like she hates life and is miserable but I get it. Love their hot cappuccinos and frozen coffees. Donuts could have more filling in them.

I Stopped here Tuesday 9/23 around 11: 15am to purchase a dozen donuts for the wonderful staff at Atlantic Hearing I was greeted by “THEE” most pleasant young lady! ❤️ I had asked for a dozen assorted donuts (and I requested that she “make them pretty”) because the folks at Atlantic Hearing are special to me.. She was so excited about this small task and it Shows! Her name is T’Shawn, but she says everyone calls her Ms.”T”.. Thank You Ms. T, you made my day .. And the donuts that you personally picked out.. Made me look like a Rockstar.. everyone loved your taste..

Went to this DD at 10:00am and over half the donuts to pick from were gone. Ordered a Chai Latte Tea and it should be called warm milk with a sprinkle of Cinnamon and Cloves. They used to be sooo good but this was terrible. Won’t be going back.

This is the dunkin closest to my job and I go there pretty often since there’s no other ones on my way to my work, but my drink is always made wrong all I ordered was a large iced Carmel coffee with less milk I don’t mind getting let in my cup that’s not what I was trying to do It’s just how I want my coffee and they gave me TWICE in a row pretty much and entire cup of milk with barely any coffee it was such a light brown color….all the employees act like they hate there job there incredibly rude and non patient another occasion weeks ago I had a girl pretty much throw my drink out the window she wasn’t looking she was turned around and my drink spilt all over me and my car she had turned around by this point no I’m sorry or drink re made or even just a couple napkins just stared at me and I drove away. My husbands croissant is always black and burned it used to be fine and I would just deal with these things but it’s getting to a point where it is a waste of money. I will no longer be coming here.

Getting your order right can be questionable. I asked for the avocado toast with bacon. Did not get what I ordered. Took a bite expecting to get plain avocado toast and ended up with a mouth full of garlic. Disgusting! Stick with ordering their average coffee and average doughnuts at this store.

This Dunkin has got to be the worst one in Volusia county. The couple of times I have been here, something is always messed up. They always have an attitude when talking to you. Also, they seem to never have donuts it’s stock. It’s just always a headache for simple food and drink.

I am in no way an everyday Dunkin go’er.. However, Olivia is absolutely amazing! My day has been an absolute train wreck. She could tell! She was an such a pleasure to help me and take my order! I don’t even come here much, but will come back to see a friendly smile! Dunkin’ needs to take care of her and being such a great team member. If it was the GM here, I make sure she doesn’t go anywhere! A raise would definitely be a bonus!
