Food was fresh!
This area can be hit or miss. I typically skip fast food all together. But this location was clean, my food was great, and the staff was fast and friendly. I am glad to have another option when I make this trip to Fayetteville.

Let me tell you something…these sandwiches are DELICIOUS! I purchase, but I don’t eat it for a day or two. This is because I want to toast it in my oven. The oil and vinegar has marinated, the meat is crispy and the hero is toasty. DELICIOUS!!! Oh, I order #13, the Italian Stallion! Yum! Go get ya one…and enjoy!

I used to come here very often, and everything was good, food was good bread was a little dry and not very fluffy like other branches, but recently the customer service has been disgustingly awful, everyone in the store seems like they DO NOT want to be there nor interact with anyone.. super cut and dry, not very personable at all. This branch has gone down hill drastically, I will not be coming back.

Jersey mikes claims they made the sub on the right with extra meat and cheese. Sub on the left was with regular meat and cheese. Cook just flat out lied. Then they say to bring it in to replace it. I’m not driving all the way to jersey mikes to get another sandwich. Should just reimburse me and not lie. Sad!

FOOD POISONING!!! Half of a sandwich from this Jersey Mikes caused food poisoning with fever and serious vomiting in a very healthy immune system. Over good service! I ordered a number 43 to find out the ran out of onions but still ordered expecting Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and banana peppers. When I got home my Chipotle steak Giant had No lettuce or tomato’s . It was okay okay but would have really enjoyed it if they had everything on it. I typically avoid ordering close to closing shift but I ran all day for Prom, I was Starving … my go to is typically the Philly steak cheese, and last time I got all the trimmings….10/11- can I please get a quality Phillysteak like the first one. It could’ve been chopped and cooked a lil longer and I expected the banana peppers and jalapeño to be have chopped in and more peppers…she was apparently afraid to add the chipotle mayo ♀️. Jersey Mike’s is the best sub place in Fayetteville, even when they get really busy the employees are always friendly and helpful. Never seen an unhappy person that works there. And they actually have footlong subs

My new favorite place for everything but a meatball sub, but you quickly realize why that’s not on the menu when you see just how fresh they make each and every sub. Idk who manages this Raeford Rd store but they’re doing it right, the staff is well trained and quick as a whip at getting orders out… I’ve never been here longer than 5-10 minutes and I don’t place my order until I walk in the door.

I ordered 2 subs, one of them had hair in it. I called to request a remake. I asked for both subs to be remade, and the team thought that I was dumb and didn’t catch on, however only one was remade. I understand things happen but to make sure you’re serving quality, and safe food to the community is important. They didn’t get that. None of the cooks or other team members were wearing hair nets, yes their hair was pulled back but it should also be tied away. The team member proceeds to give me my food, and says “sorry about that” and rushes off. They weren’t worth the words so I decided I’ll leave it here. I will never order from this location again. Jersey mikes is awesome but they’re workers aren’t.
