Believe it or not, this was my first time ever at any Dunkins. This place actually still has the sign that says “Dunkin donuts”. Went here for breakfast with my boss. My only complaint was the hash browns. They gave me like 7 or 8 little round ones. Ate them so quick, I forgot to take a pic. I also had a egg, bacon and cheese on a croissant which was ok. The cold coffee for me was different but ok. The guy giving out the orders was super interactive, kudos to him, would I go back ‍♂️

Hand off is quick and the drive thru speaker works well. Drinks come out good and food items I’ve selected have rarely sold out. They won’t say if they subbed, but you’ll see soon enough.

IMO, this is the best Dunkin on either side of the river! I only come here on third shift, so maybe that makes a difference… Let me explain. I order the same exact drink, to be made the same exact way, regardless of location. This Dunkin is the ONLY ONE that gets it right every single time and it always tastes the same. At both Southern Indiana locations, I could order two drinks at the same time with the same ingredients and they would come out tasting different. It’s the most bizarre and frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced!!

I’ve only ordered food here once, and it was perfect as well. I don’t know the third shift guy’s name, but he’s a rock star! Friendly, professional and the master of my iced coffee! If you have any affiliation with the Southern Indiana stores, PLEASE teach them how to follow directions and make consistent drinks- it’s not rocket science!

Visited this location on 3/6/26 at 10:00. We’ll after the morning rush, 5 employes working 2 tables used by customers.

Parking next to a bush by the front door, there was a literal swirl of human poop atop the bushes. When I notified staff, the response was both sad and shocking. I was told “yeah, that’s not the first time” and they shrugged it off. Shocking because this had not been the first time and after just over and hour of meeting a friend for coffee it was still there.

Sad because the staff were soo numb to the fact amd had no reaction to the situation. Not a shock that it had occurred, not a urge to clean it up to ensure thier customers were not exposed to it, no pride in their work space to ensure they didnt have such a foul display on thier property.

I’m concerned not just from the staff response, but with thier leadership. If THIS is how they handled the situation, what does this say about thier leadership. I will be reporting this to Corporate and urging they look into this store.

On October 23 around 4:30 pm we went to grab some sourdough breakfast. They don’t toast your food so don’t expect any crunch and they give you enough cheese for one bite. On top of that our coffee was awful and didn’t have any sweetness even though we ordered a Carmel craze, but don’t worry when you call them to tell them the issues you experience they’ll try to gaslight you and tell you that’s how it’s always made and that they did nothing wrong. We’ve had caramel craze’s enough times to know our drink is wrong. I’d recommend going to any other Dunkin’ than here.

The wort customer service I have ever received in my life! There is a green hair lady with the worst attitude and very mean and unprofessional behavior ever! Yelling at me because I reorder and pay for another drink just because it was not done properly! WTH really? I didnt even asked for another free then ( when I should ) people like her she should be fired and never work in customer service ever again! I won’t go there ever again!

Had a really unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’. While picking up an order, a crotchety older man with glasses and spiked hair was incredibly rude. Instead of speaking politely or professionally, his tone was harsh and disrespectful for no reason at all. Customer service matters, and this was completely unacceptable. I will never visit this location again.

Don’t waste your time if your not using there useless app. Went inside, waited at the front counter for 5 minutes, vaguely for grunted too but an employee never came to the front to take my order. The 10 car deep drive thru line was there priority, fair enough. But with 8-10 employees, crazy.

Haven’t had a good experience at. Dunkin in 3 trips at various locations. Quality in name only. If that.

I was very impressed with the service at this Dunkin Donuts! The person taking my order in the drive thru helped me order a sugar free iced coffee (which was super helpful because I am diabetic) and the person providing the food at the drive thru let me add on another order of donuts when I didn’t think the munchkin bucket would be enough for my team at work. Everyone was smiling and happy to be there, which is rare for a drive thru these days!

My daughter and I went for a nice time out. She had a gift card that she wanted to use. But the lobby was closed and all the donuts except for a very few amount we’re all gone. We went to Krispy Kreme and it was just the opposite.
