This is probably the worst Taco Bell in West Michigan. Just rolled through for the Quesarito that they brought back, I got no filling in it whatsoever, like a splash of sauce, maybe a tablespoon of beef, 2 tablespoons of rice, and they didn’t even crisp the tortilla, the cheese wasn’t melted whatsoever. Take your business to the north side, these people clearly don’t care for it.

If you order luxe boxes they put everything in a bag. Basically it’s inaccurate and not in the convenient box you ordered. They could’ve done separate bags but they just pile everything in one bag so multiple orders of chips spill all over the food and aren’t separated.

I’m a regular Taco Bell enjoyer, but my recent experience left me feeling a little…well, half-hearted.
While the food itself was its usual delicious self, I was disappointed to find my cheese container only half-filled. For someone who enjoys a healthy drizzle of cheesy goodness on their tacos, this was a major letdown.
I understand that portion control is important, but half a container feels skimpy, especially for the price. It doesn’t make me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth, and it definitely doesn’t satisfy my cheese cravings.
Overall, the food was good, the service was fast and friendly, but the lack of cheese left me feeling a bit cheated. I’ll still visit Taco Bell again, but I’ll be sure to keep a close eye on that cheese container next time.

Quick in and out visit. Was asked if I would be using the app, placed my order with a very kind young person, they offered me sauces, paid they informed me of the survey gave me my food and wished me a wonderful night with a smile.

No more customer service. It’s all DIY. They say they wipe down the touchpads but not inbetween every customer. All it takes is for you to follow one sickly, germie person and down you go. Use the drive-thru.

I pigged out at Taco Bell and it cost $34 just for me. U use to pig out at Taco Bell and it would cost like $10-15 and that not ordering the value menu. I’m done.

Service was okay and slow , but food was ridiculous. Big 12” tortillas for a tablespoon of filling. Also hit was rolled into the supposed burrito ( aka mini mini taco) paid $5 for this NEVER AGAIN.
