I don’t normally stop at this restaurant. But it seems that every time I do and order just one classic Hot-N-Ready they seem to tell me the same thing every time. They say it will be 6 to 8 minutes. I sat at the window for 45 minutes last time mind you I was the only person in line. This time I was sitting there for only 20 minutes and that wasn’t to bad but I would imagine if it’s called a Hot-N-Ready we wouldn’t have to wait that long. All the other Little Caesars I do stop at not even 3 minutes full payment process and order in hand. The food is typical but I like it so food itself wasn’t bad just service wasn’t the best.

If I could give them a -100 I would I went today to get pizza they had no pizza ready the cashier never greeted me she was rude on top of that the other worker was asleep on the job she had we had to watch her wake up the guy that he was cooking the pizzas and on top of that it was going to be 20 minutes before any pizzas were done. Young lady that helped me today was very nice and helped me get what I really wanted not just settle for what I was trying to get. Pie was delicious wings were on point with the sauce an it hit the spot my co workers all agreed . Definitely Recommend great service an food.

So I placed a order paid for it and mentioned a sign they had up if I dont mention the crazy bread well give you one free. I joking told one of the young ladies there then she began to belittle me. Threatened to call the cops on me. Without my food or a refund I went back to my car and when the lady severed my wife and we left but that was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishments. Out an online order in after calling to make sure they had what I wanted and they said they did suddenly they call me saying they don’t have it so upon owing me money in part of my order they refuse to put something else in its place without charging me double now waiting for a refund I may never get. This little Caesars needs a wake up call between workers running over a friend of mine and refusing to make orders and insulting customers. The location needs shut down

There is a rush every day for dinner, yet every day, there are no pizzas ready. Definitely not “Hot and Ready”. I understand that they are cheap and not gourmet, but for stuff like school events and youth group events, these are perfect. Was in line today and waited 15 min to order at the window (even though drive through worked). When I got up to the window, I waited another 5 min before anyone opened the window. The young man, Joshua, opened the window and was confused about what to do. He asked if anyone had taken my order, I said no, and he closed the window and proceeded to talk to someone else to figure out what to do. He came back, took my order, and rudely asked me to go park. I said, I rather wait here, he shut the window in the middle of my words and then talked about me rudely and loudly enough for me to hear. The manager came to the window and asked me to pull up to the curb, I did. No problem doing so, just don’t be rude about it. I waited another 22 min for my pizza. uh! Annoyed!
