The staff was a little short today. The gentleman at the front running the registers and everything else kept his cool and did his job well. I gave this place 5 stars because of him. Very professional and very hard working! Good job!!
Also commend the rest of the staff at this day and time for keeping it together and working hard to serve their customers. Very good hard work!

Oh Wendy, this is so hard to do, but, I think it’s time to move on. I feel like we have had some good times over the years but, honestly my experience with you in Dahlonega has always been a mixed bag and after years of trying to ignore the bad and focus on the good times, it’s finally time to get a few things off my chest. The service is often slow, and that’s ok, it happens to the best of us, it gives you time to notice how clean the parking lot is, which is usually great. Though, sadly, I have also left that well maintained parking lot with no food several times due to not being addressed at the speaker, which is really not ok. But at Wendy’s in Dahlonega, you can be certain of two things always:(1) the staff will be very friendly and (2) your food will be not be anything close to hot. It is usually warm, occasionally even cold but most assuredly has never come to me hot. And it’s time to admit, that poor food served with a smile is not good enough for me anymore. It’s been fun and all but I guess we’re through. I’m sure going to miss that warm chili, and nearly perfect sweet tea but I’ve got to move on. Perhaps some other time, maybe with some new management things could be like they used to be, but, for now, this is for the best. And one more thing Wendy while I am at it, call me old fashioned, but Frosty’s are chocolate.

Everything is too greasy and the chicken sandwich is terrible! The breading is greasy and hard and the chicken is extremely dry. The fries don’t taste like they used to.

Very disappointed in my experience. I am used to coming to Wendy’s and receiving Wendy’s quality food and service, however the manager who proudly identified himself as Hunter ensured that I will never be back. He called me a homophobic slur under his breath when he handed me my food and thought I couldn’t hear him. Wendy’s needs to do a better job of hiring people who respect their customers and it is especially disturbing that this prejudiced behavior is being perpetuated by someone IN CHARGE OF OTHERS, MINORS INCLUDED.

First time I saw flies in a restaurant and ultimately in my burger. The place had a stench and was dirty. The cashier didn’t care about the order names, I don’t understand what’s difficult in verifying a customer’s name instead of butchering it. I’m disgusted. You deserve -500 stars for my bad experience.

Well I guess when you show up means everything. At 11:45 on Sunday morning. I felt like I was the only adult in the place. It seemed to me that all the staff were young, loud and unprofessional. Most all of the tables were dirty, and this is right before the noon rush. Hopefully the manager or team leader was just on break. Because what I experienced was like a Jr. high playground. This is not typical for this location.

After about five bites of my salad I found an 8” hair in it near the bottom “ I have no hair “ so I know it wasn’t mine, they offered to make me another one so refused and I Assume a refund was out of the question !!

I will say that I ordered through app which the third party is door dash and the time it took to get to me isn’t wendys fault, however the food and quality of the food I received was amazing . All tasted good. And hot considering the distance. Will definitely order again.

Very friendly staff and clean area outside. Burger wasn’t that great compared to other locations. I did not finish it. The patties and bacon should’ve been cooked longer.
