I had not been in a while thought I would stop by. The biscuit I ordered was already in pieces, greasy, and looked mushed. The food was not very appealing or appetizing.

Been numerous days in a roll in the morning to order Boberry biscuits for my little sister and every time you get to the window it’s oh we don’t have any boberry biscuits or we have to cook them. I’m like that’s one of your top items and every morning you never have any available. What is really going on, if you never going to have them you may just want to take them off of the menu.

I recently stopped by Bojangles and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The interior was noticeably dirty — every table looked like it needed to be wiped down, and all of the trash cans were completely full. It gave the dining area an unkempt and neglected appearance right away.
The men’s restroom also needed serious attention. Cleanliness is important in any restaurant, and when the public areas look that way, it naturally makes you question what the kitchen might look like.
As for the food, I ordered the sausage biscuit with tater tots. The biscuit itself was okay, but the tater tots tasted strongly like chicken, likely from being cooked in the same oil. While that may not bother everyone, it wasn’t what I expected and affected the overall taste.
I couldn’t get past the dirty appearance of the dining area, and it overshadowed the meal entirely. Very disappointing experience overall.

Three days in a row at least maybe more men’s restroom not touched by the cleaners
1st Day someone had splattered the toilet
2nd same splatter had not been cleaned
3rd day same filth had not been cleared in 3 days will not be back on the fourth day to check
What do you think ?? probably still the same
I’m a firm believer that if the restroom has not been cleaned in 3 days the the food aria probably is not clean either you decide
On a positive note the wait staff was on top of it very nice.

I have been to this Bojangles several times, and it has always been terrible. Every time I go, the staff is unfriendly, and literally every time I have heard the manager complaining, loud enough to be heard in the dining area, about staff not showing up. They never have unsweetened tea (my wife is diabetic and this is pretty much her only option), and today the fries were ice cold despite them having just opened.

Ordered two Bo berry biscuit at breakfast. Was given two burnt biscuits. I returned that evening with complaint. Was even parked and told they would make fresh ones. Then I waited thinking they were making fresh ones as I was told. I didn’t ask. Then didn’t even look at what I was given. Leave, then check and not fresh and just another set of burnt biscuits.

I have ordered through the app twice now and both times I had complications. Though I ordered curbside, my order was never brought out to me either time. The second time, even though I ordered more than 2 hours in advance, my order was not ready. When I asked how much longer the manager replied “I’m not sure but I’m not able to provide a refund with mobile orders”. Save yourself the headache and get your breakfast elsewhere. This has been a waste of time and money. I will not be coming back to this location!

All the biscuits were hard, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The restaurant dining area was not cleaned from the night before. Every table had food on it, and the floors still had food and trash scattered around.

Lenoir, location -10/29/25 Fries were soggy, been under the heat light to long and the chicken tenders was hard you couldn’t even break one in half. Had to take back and told them I couldn’t eat it, and they repeated back what I had said to their coworkers and they all started laughing! Very rude employees!
So if you want Bojangles Go to Hudson location!! Food is always fresh there!

Orders are usually wrong and the staff isn’t sober. Everyone gets beyond hateful if you bring an order back because it’s wrong and acts like it’s the customers fault.edit: they’ll get your mobile orders wrong, make you wait 20 minutes extra for the order (they had no other customers either) and then somehow still give you old food. Then refuse to give you a corporate number to file a complaint. As expensive as your food is you shouldn’t be giving anyone old food. Be for real.
