Went through the drive through and ordered a smoked sausage biscuit combo. Got home and nothing but the biscuit and sausage. I thought on the menu board it said it had cheese and egg on it, the menu online said that. This is very, very dry. I can’t even eat it. First time I’ve been disappointed

This was a drive through order. I’ll start by saying this is the first time I’ve had this problem. I ordered 2 orders of biscuits and gravy. When I reach to get them out of my car, there was gravy all over the inside of the bag and the containers. There was gravy on my car seats, cellphone, my purse, the console, and my pants leg. What a mess! The kitchen had not completely put the top on the gravy container. I only given 2 napkins to clean it up. Not a good way to start the day.

I was truly impressed with the breakfast managers and staff! They did an excellent job handling the busy drive-thru. When I pulled up, there were about 10 cars arriving at the same time, and the line still moved incredibly fast. By the time each car reached the window, the food was already ready! I haven’t seen a fast food restaurant in Mobile operate this efficiently—they’re honestly faster than Chick-fil-A. Great job to the managers and team running this store—keep up the amazing work!

Stopped in for an egg and cheese biscuit. It was very greasy and the biscuit was over cooked. I had to use a napkin to absorb the grease. There was very little egg on my sandwich. Both drink machines were out of order. When we left we said good bye have a great day. The employee was on her phone and didn’t even look up. I was very disappointed.

Stood at the counter for a few minutes while someone was counting money in the register drawer. Several employees walked by and finally he looked up at me and yelled to the back for someone to come to the front. A girl sauntered from the very back slowly. When she got to the register she just looked at me. She asked him to activate her register. When he did she just continued to stand there. Never asked “can I help”, “what do you want”… nothing. Later, at the counter, four employees literally were surrounding me as one employee was ordering her lunch. A young man brought me my tray and as I asked for jelly and ketchup he just walked away. I stood there as the other employees joked and had a good time until finally the man counting the money drawer asked, “you need something else boss man?” Fountain drinks are missing most of their labels as indicated in my pictures. I love Hardee’s food but this location goes the way of the manager, as most places do. Bad management=bad experience. This particular location is up and down all through the year. You only get that 3rd star because I am obsessed with those sausage biscuits.

The Hardee’s on airport all the employee was smiling. Good service through the drive-thru good service inside. You need to give them better benefits and due to the economy you need to help them out towards a raise

The lady who took my order was so nice n sweet!
Only had to wait a few minutes, and the fries were so hot n fresh! I think she was the manager ! She needs a raise!!!

Fries were cold. Inside was dirty. Crumbs on a table from who knows when. Front window was nasty dirty. One of the drink dispensers was broken and not labeled.
This visit was a one and done! That’s the 2nd Hardee’s I’ve tried in several years. Same results.

Thanks for the sausage and……….egg biscuit this morning. What kind of person put this tiny little scrap of egg on a sandwich and think it’s okay? This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this Hardee’s but it will be my last.
