Half the reason I get sides is for the flippin delicious sauces that come with. The flippin berry sauce for the jalapeño bites and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks weren’t included and now my night is a catastrophe. How will I enjoy my television show now like a true American. I hope arbys can make it up to me one day. There seems to be something in the air around concord and the charlotte area. Fast food workers constantly get my order wrong.. also the sandwiches were quite cold. I will never recover from this tragedy. Sunt lacrimae rerum.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told “be right with you.” Ten minutes later, the car at the window hadn’t moved, no one came back to check on me, and the lobby was completely empty. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at an Arby’s. If management cares about customer experience, they need to address staffing and responsiveness immediately.

What an awful experience I had here. I had just gotten off a long shift at work, needed a quick bite to eat so I stopped on my way home. At the speaker box I was asked if I was using the mobile app I responded “no ma’am”. The person clapped back at me for misgendering them and said ma’am I’m not a lady, and I apologized for my mistake. They said “ok” with an attitude, I tried to continue with my order and was aggressively told okay “sir” after everything I tried to order. The situation already seemed escalated so I told them never mind and just left. This experience made me very uncomfortable for a simple mistake. I was not comfortable giving them my card after that with my first and last name on it and was also worried they may tamper with my food. Arby’s has officially lost my business at this location. Staff is clearly unprofessional.

The food was not good, especially the crinkle fries which we usually like. We needed it to actually be fast food, so we ate the roast beef sandwiches which were substandard. Then I walked into the restaurant and was told they’d get me a refund for the fries, but they never did. They said my order wouldn’t show in the system, even though the worker was looking at my receipt. The manager was not at the store so was called on the phone. I was told to come back another day and get a refund. I was told they’d fix fresh fries or I could choose something else. I left with my receipt and have the names of the manager and the worker who called the manager on the phone. We’ve had trouble with the service there previously but decided to give them another chance.

October 3rd, 2025 at 110pm. Bogo deal. Less meat, more money. It’s no longer the same here. The horsey sauce doesn’t even taste right. It use to open up my nasal passages, now it tastes like tangy mayonnaise. I’m very disappointed at this point. Looks like a whole new staff also. Full of youngsters. Not good. Bring back what made this location outstanding and worth my money.

July 15th at 140 pm. I came in pretty hungry and wanted to try the new cheesesteak sandwich. So I ordered that with crinkle cut fries for dine in as well as a medium drink. The sandwich tastes pretty good. Only problem is that the size in. The picture is much bigger than what you get when. Ordered. Skinny sandwich. A little disappointed with that. It tastes great but I’ll stick with my normal beef and cheddar sandwich from now on. Cheesesteak sandwich just wasn’t filling for the price. I still enjoy Arby’s but I won’t jump into a new sandwich like that again until I’m sure it’s worth it. So for me, it’s back to the basics. My classic double beef and cheddar.

This is an easy place to get your order. I love it because they great deals on the app. When I come pick it up, I enjoy my order every single time. This is one of the restaurants where it’s easy to like. Honestly for me, I prefer much better than spots like McDonald’s etc. speedy service every time. During this time of day it’s peaceful and balanced here. Thank you.

Great cashier greeting etc ,but after getting my chicken ranch no cheese I asked to leave off ,the bun small a dab of lettuce only good thing was fresh tomatoes tenders just a small piece I guess of a whole one I mainly had a ranch lettuce and tomato sandwich I lived in the area over 20 years few miles away never got such food ever.

Arby’s has some good menu items….I went for the new Arby Q sandwich and they did not have them….so I got a double roast beef Combo and a beef and cheddar sandwich for work….the double roast beef was not in my order instead I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches one with sauce and one without sauce…..I had ask for no sauce on the beef and cheddar sandwich….I hate not getting what I paid for as the double roast beef cost more than a beef and cheddar sandwich….I guess we just have to sit there and go through everything in the bag before we leave the driveway to make sure everything is included which you shouldn’t have to do….but it’s like that at every fast food restaurant something is going to be wrong with your order everything

My concern is when I hand the window worker my visa card and then they set it down and walk away. I get concerned not very good business oriented.
One other time there was a car in front of me and the yelling was so loud inside I didn’t know if I should call police .as it was my turn at the window drive thru everyone acted like nothing happened.
