First, Brandon at this location is amazing, he cares, and listens to allergy’s. My wife has a SERIOUS onion allergy and every time he makes sure to do the best he can,! Stuff like this goes unnoticed most of the time, but I assure you I will not let it go unnoticed, he deserves a raise, and promotion. Something just for the fact he cares!! That’s all it takes.

Brandon. Thank you so much for doing what you do and I appreciate it.

This was my first time here. I could tell Sarah was new and she did a good job clarifying my order.

Adrianna came over to help her and was very nice… then the place got busy and Richard came out to help make food as well.

I had to ask their names as they were really nice to everyone and worked well together. I loved sitting by the fire too!

I stopped in with my husband last week and we got the last of anything besides white and flat bread at 1in the afternoon?? I understand being busy and not having time but at some point you need to prioritize and tell customers to wait while you make more bread I used to have to when I worked at dunks. Then I was so pumped for the cookies they were ROCK hard not overcooked but stail as hell I threw it out the window….. The woman serving was nice but definitely not a fan of ” if you don’t like it, review on line” it wasn’t directed to me but another customer still not ok…….

I never leave reviews. But Ive never been here before and was greeted with a rude snarky attitude as soon as I walked through the door, along with some eye rolling. Wish I could pin point the worker but none of them were wearing name tags. I don’t want to miss gender anyone but they had short blonde hair with dark roots. Just an unfortunate experience.

For a new store, they don’t seem to be very clean. Half the time the employees aren’t wearing a hat, visor, or anything on their heads. One time they used the tuna scoop to scoop chicken salad on to my sub. I had to throw the sub out because it was a disgusting mix of tuna and chicken. The soda fountain is usually sticky looking as though it never gets cleaned. They seem to always be understaffed. And one time I had to ask an employee to change his gloves before he made my sub because he had handed a customer the bathroom key. He seemed confused as to why I would even ask. I have worked in the food industry for many years and this location is full of red flags. I have given them more than plenty of opportunities and they have let me down too many times with poor service and blatant disregard for policy and cleanliness.

Small little subway, we were the only ppl there besides the employees. The bathrooms were locked. To open the door, you need to ask for the key ( which is zip-tied to a plastic coffee mug) . That wasn’t a big deal, but maybe they should have a sign on the door with that info. I thought someone was in there at 1st . Other than that the bathroom was sorta messy & their toaster oven was not working. They couldn’t toast anything but were given the option of having them put it in the microwave instead. I thought the employee was very professional. All in all, it wasn’t a 5 star experience but exactly what you would expect from a small subway. I would return to this subway for a sandwich

Usually I go to a different subway but was passing by this one in peterborough so my wife and I stopped in for a quick footling to split. When we went in there was a sign saying they were temporarily out of every bread except wheat so we almost decided to go elsewhere but I’m really glad we didn’t because we both agreed it was by far the best sub we’ve gotten from any Subway in a long time. The 2 gentleman/scholars working the counter were quick courteous and efficient in the way they worked together on making sure our sub was top notch!

The people who work here have got an attitude like how dare you come here and ask them to work, it’s your job. Let me explain, I have a late class on Monday from 6-9:30. I got out early enough to get food from subway at 8:50, I even googled the time they closed which says 10 pm. I show up, ask for a basic ft long sub. Then the woman proceeds to start getting mad at me because she ignored my request to not douse my sub in pepers after I said “small amount.” So I asked if she could take some off. She starts getting grumpy with me and then makes a huff behind the counter and scolds me saying they are supposed to be closed. I look at her and at the customers sitting at a table eating and say, “well the internet says you’re open for another hour AND you have no hours posted outside. So I don’t know what you expect from customers.”

I get it, you want to go home, but this is your job. It’s what is paying you. If you feel you have better places to be I guarantee there is someone else willing to take your job.
