This Pizza Hut restaurant has been a longtime staple within the Westward Shopping Center. Whenever I have visited this location, their staff has always provided me with superb customer service along with remediating any problems for those rare times whenever something may have been wrong with my order, such as forgetting to add a topping. Once they even gave me a free soda for just having to wait on them to make a fix. The one thing that I sorely miss at this location is their buffet, which I’m hoping will eventually make a future return.
On this particular occasion for Pizza Hut’s 12 Days of Deals promotion on 12-22-25, they offered free cheese sticks on any orders of $5 or more. Subsequently, I decided to finally try their new Crafted Flatzz line of pizzas & I certainly was not disappointed!
As you can see for yourself in the pics, their Crafted Flatzz are fully loaded with toppings to the edges & to me, they’re of much superior quality than other similar flatbreads that I have tried at other restaurants. Their flatbreads are light, airy & delicate & will completely satisfy your tastebuds! On top of that, Pizza Hut’s flatbreads are a real bargain too at only $5 each until 5pm!
I left this place feeling like a guilty bandit due to also receiving a free complimentary order of their delicious cheese sticks, which is basically a small cheese pizza without any marina sauce underneath. However, since I was so stuffed from devouring their tasty Crafted Flattz for dinner that night, I had to save my cheese sticks as leftovers for breakfast the following morning. Therefore, I’ll certainly always take that any & every day–to get two full appetizing meals covered for just a measly $5!
Pizza Hut does have the best pizzas under one roof, along with being budget-friendly to your wallet too!

Do not order from this location. I can’t speak for other ones but this was ridiculous. My receipt is in the photo. I ordered 6 large pizzas. They delivered 2 medium pizzas. And there is no way to get a hold of them, if you call the number it goes to a call center. The call center will put you on hold and you will never get to speak to anybody. Why would there phone numbers go to a call center. I spent $140 and got $40 worth of bad food.

On Saturday night, I placed a pizza order from this location. When the order arrived at my home, it was someone else’s order. I immediately called the store, and an employee acknowledged that the mistake was theirs and said they were working on correcting it by sending a new order.
The replacement order was delivered through DoorDash. When the driver arrived, he stated that I needed to pay for the order. I explained that I had already paid by card. The DoorDash driver and I both attempted to contact the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone.
At that point, I drove to the store to resolve the issue in person. I explained the entire situation and requested either a corrected order or a full refund. The employee I spoke with (who was not the manager) was dismissive and stated that he did not want to hear what I had to say. He told me, “You can get the order or a refund.”
I requested a full refund, including the tip, since the issue was entirely due to the store’s mistake and I had spent nearly three hours trying to resolve it. However, I was only refunded the cost of the pizza and not the tip.
I then asked for the general manager’s name and phone number. I was repeatedly told only that she would be in on Monday and was not provided with any contact information.
I have ordered from this location before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to fully resolve the issue are unacceptable. Something needs to be addressed regarding the staff at this location.

Terrible terrible terrible experience with cashier Jessica. She was very rude for no reason to me and another customer. She was on the phone Speaking very loudly about her talking about customers to her boyfriend. Let a nonemployee walk behind the counter who smelled like marijuana, Overall it was a very distasteful experience and She needs to be held accountable.

Customer service is was horrible bad attitude from the moment we walked in. Have to 9rder and pay before your seated even though they no longer do the buffet. Food surprising was cooked well and tasty. Atmosphere was sad and depression, dirty carpets which smell, dirty sticky tables. Restrooms are dirty and thight, hard to get into and out of non handicap stalls. I’d recommend ordering to go food or delivery. Do not eat in. I have video or the restaurant no photos. As much as I enjoy Pizza Hut, as they do have quality pizza.
The fact that I clearly ordered a Stuffed Crust only to get a Thin Crust shows a lack of attentiveness.
Thing is, I could understand if there was commotion, but it was literally just me and my friend.
