Love love ❤️ They have a large selection of not the average menu that is very tasty. I ordered Black pepper Sirloin Steak Stir-fry. It’s worth the drive to go there again. Everyone I spoke was helpful with a smile. Neat very very clean. Definitely going back….

My wife and I love Panda Express. The food is always fresh and the people that work there greet every one that comes in the door. They are patient while customers make up their minds. So many choices! A wide selection of drinks and juices. Patrick and his crew know how to be customer friendly and help recommend food and drink for those that cannot make up their minds. Just being around them while they work gave us a pleasant feeling while they spoke to the customers and each other with politeness and respect. Hard to find that today. We have eaten at Panda Express in other places and states and we think this is our favorite. It is a little bit of a drive for us but it is worth every mile! We recommend everyone to give it a try and you will be pleasantly surprised with people and food.

Went through the drive and ordered 2 bowls. The male gave us our drink at the window and very oddly while looking down said pull around we’ll work on your order. Oddly enough I pulled around to the front and waited over 15 minutes and no one brought my order. As I am seeing people dining in and coming through the drive thru getting their orders filled. I pulled back around to the window and this same male looks at me confused. I said can you please give me my order that I have already paid for? He persisted to tell me that they were working on the order. He repeated hisself several times as I asked him to get the manager he said he was the manager. If he is the manager, his role NEEDS highly reevaluated and rethought because this is not the self profiling, negative, and rude manager leading your TRUSSVILLE store that you need! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with rudeness and the worst customer service I HAVE EVER received.

I stopped by this location on my way to work and the lady at the window had the worst attitude. She shoved my food and card out with a nasty attitude. I was concerned, I asked “ what’s wrong with you?” She closed the window in my face. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and instead of rice I received noodles which was cold and undercooked. I looked in my bag as I pulled off and noticed the order was wrong but did not have time to go back so I called and a man answered who was really nice and was offering to make things right.

Oh wow, Panda Express in Trussville, the first visit was fantastic, food was fast and tasted good. Location is new so of course it is still clean. I do wish they had more diet soft drink options but it’s the same at all Panda Express locations. So Panda Express is not the typical Asian strip mall, think of it as like the McDonalds of Asian cuisine.

Ordered one beef broccoli and rice bowl, one chicken teriyaki rice bowl. Got 2 beef broccoli and rice bowls. A total of about 8 pieces of meat, in both bowls and the broccoli was hard to eat. Overall. I have never had bad food from your resteraunt. But today 🙁 was bad.

Very unhappy and displeased with Panda Express. I just paid 13 plus bucks for only 6 bucks worth of food. “LIKE WHAT THE HELL”! I have been coming to this location since they opened. This is uncalled for. NOT THE FIRST TIME TOO. I mean it’s not even a full meal. Half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of the orange chicken. Not sure why but I’ll be in touch with the management or higher.
