i’m a manager in food service and the way the employees here act baffle me. never would i be okay with my employees treating customers the way this dunkin’s employees do. never friendly or inviting. always rude and short. i’m a regular because i work not even a minute away. i always try and give them the benefit of the doubt because some days are stressful and i know it’s hard to stay positive. but at this point it’s not a bad day. it’s bad management.

This Dunkin’ sucks, we’ve came back multiple times to see if it ever gets better… it doesn’t. The drinks are always messed up, food is always messed up and cold. They’re never busy so I don’t understand how it’s always an issue here. Honestly they should shut this store down or get new management. Terrible dunkin location. Save yourself some time and drive to the east broad location. I asked for lite ice on my drink and they have me a full cup of ice and barely any drink, I’m paying $6+ for a cup of ice??? Horrible store. I see why they have 3.6 stars.

So disappointed. Traveling with my daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Ran into DD to place my order at the kiosk because the drive thru had several vehicles. Ordered an iced chai latte and cream filled donut. And waited. And waited. And waited. The person who placed their order at the register after me got their food and drinks and left. I continued to wait and debated leaving as I wanted to get back on the road. One employee finally came over, asked my name and pulled a receipt to get my order. Another picked up a donut that was pulled and gave me my latte the donut was wrong, when I shared that’s not what I ordered, she replied, “that’s in your receipt”, by this time I was so tired of waiting I didn’t even want to give them two seconds to switch it. I grabbed my latte and left only 5 minutes down the road I took a drink to realize this was not my latte either. So gross. I wasted 20 minutes and left with the wrong order. Spent $14 for something I can’t even drink. What a waste.

Went inside and placed my order on the kiosk. Completed the order of 1 caramel latte and 10 munchkins at 2:23 pm. Left with a not even full coffee and munchkins at 2:58!! 2 people working on a hot Saturday afternoon. Whoever does that schedule needs to learn what they are doing!

This is literally the only reason D. D will never ever be able to match up with Starbucks. When you’re out of something do one of two things
1 block it out on the app so people can’t order it,
2 be able to give a refund if the customer orders something you’re out of.
Every freaking time I go to the Statesville d. D. And some others I get stuck with something I don’t want because they’re out, they let me order on app and can’t refund it so I get stuck with something like their absolutely terrible donuts.
I believe they do this on purpose honestly because it traps customers like me that if I had known they were out of what i wanted I would’ve went somewhere else but this way they force me to take something like their 3 day old grocery store donuts which is probably the only way they get them sold

Ordered a drink through the app but when I arrived at the drive thru, they were out of the ingredients for my drink. On top of that, they closed their lobby so we had to rush our 5-year old who had to suddenly pee across the parking lot to Aldi. Go somewhere else.

Me and my family went to this location to get some ice cream while my kids were wanting some and coming of the highway this was the nearest one I have a 2 year old and when we went in to wait to get attented my 2 year old vomited Wich it can’t be help his still a baby while me and my family grab napkins to atleast clean the excess we seen one staff member run outside Wich I know some people can’t see someone else vomiting but the other staff member instead of offering atleast some help she went and grab the mop bucket left it there and went back inside that just boiled me up inside because first a little hospitality I would of said thanks and would of mop it my self I’ve work at restaurants and fast foods and a little hospitality comes a long way even if the mess was not made by a staff member they all just stood there laughing at something else while I confort my crying baby and cleaning the mess up I ended up leaving this place needs there staff to be train is hospitality because at the end of the day if customers don’t come to the establishment to buy coffee donuts or ice cream they would have to end up laying off everyone and closing the establishment I’ve seen other dunkins with less staff and if something happens atleast one staff member offers to help and shows hospitality and that’s where you know you have kind staff members

I was waited on promptly, and left waiting just as fast. I asked 2 different employees for my receipt, and was told, “just a second”. Then they proceeded to fill drive thru orders and do cleanup. I asked a second time and was ignored. Finally, I raised my voice a bit and got my receipt, which took 1 second to print. I waited 5 to 7 minutes for a 1 second transaction.

I came to Dunkin’ at 7:38 PM and the sign clearly says they close at 8:00 PM, but they had already closed. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I made the effort to come before closing time. If the store closes earlier than posted, they should update their hours so customers don’t waste their time.
