I visited here for the first time on a certain day in January 2026.
I ordered No.6 meal which is included a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Delux , a Waffle Potato Fries and a midun cup of Soda.
I also ordered 8pcs Chick-Fil-A Nuggets.
I was so full.

This was my first time coming to Chik-fil-A for breakfast with my family because my husband had good experiences here for breakfast before. This was not the atmosphere I was expecting from Chik-fil-A. We were the only customers inside and waited over 20 minutes for our food however we saw cars come and go through the drive-thru over and over. It was clear that the drive-thru was the main focus and they clearly forgot about us in the dining room. When we expressed some frustration they didn’t seem to care at all. We even noticed the operator and manager were by the door when we left and not even a “thanks for coming”. Just seems like customer service isn’t what it used to be and what we usually experience from a Chik-fil-A.

I love this location! My friends and I had just finished our final Nursing exam and we came to this Chik Fil-a location to celebrate. I think we mentioned that we were going to graduate nursing school this semester. I And the team leader approached our table and offered us free treats to celebrate! It was such an awesome gesture because the nursing school has been such a grind. She made our day even brighter with her kindness. One of the team members even took our picture so that we could remember this moment. Even though I won’t have to come here for food between classes anymore, I’ll always choose this location for their kindness and the always great experience. Thank you Valpo Chik-fil A team you all are awesome!

This location is a perfect example of why I love chick-fil-a. On the rare visit when my order isn’t perfect, they are so quick to make it right. The staff is, as usual for chick-fil-a, exceptionally friendly. Their facility is very clean and efficiently run. Whoever has trained this staff is amazing. Thanks for an amazing experience as always!

The food is always good my order has never been messed up and I go here at least once a week. But I really get annoyed that I order the mobile drive-thru and they bring me my food when there’s four or five cars in front of me and I have to just sit there and wait with my food. Please don’t bring me my food until there’s not a bunch of people stopping me from leaving thank you! And if you are going to bring it then pull the other people up into parking spaces to wait!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We brought our littles to the kiddies corner table. Staff asked us upon arrival if there is anything they could get us to just ask. We had a French fry spill and they immediately got us a new one and cleaned it up for us. Great service!

I’m very disappointed after my experience last night. I waited over 30 minutes in the mobile thru line to get my food. So much for fast food. The regular drive thru line was moving quickly while the mobile thru line just sat. Why couldn’t they move a few cars to the side to let other people through? What’s the point of ordering ahead with the app if the drive thru ends up being faster
? Not to mention, I hadn’t made it to the QR code sign yet but the girls working the drive thru were taking peoples phones from cars behind me and walking up the to QR code sign and scanning it for them. Then once I got my order it was wrong anyways. All the manager could offer me is free coupons for ice cream or cookies that expire in a couple of weeks. I don’t want your coupons. DO BETTER!!! I really like coming here and it’s one of the few places my picky kids will eat but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I wish I could name a slower experience. I really do. This place takes forever. Weather you’re picking up, dining in, or dashing. They’re not worth your time. You could go eat at a real sit down for the amount of time you will spend waiting on your food here.
