Hot Head Burritos offers a “customize your own burrito” experience (similar to Chipotle or Moe’s Southwest Grill) but without the sticker shock. Don’t get me wrong, this is not cheap, and the quality may be a tad lower, but looks like you can walk out the door with an $11 burrito. Service is friendly and attentive. The geographical location was perfect for me, which was the primary reason for my visit. Thank you! #bechego

Not your typical fast-food burrito restaurant. The food is prepared before you behind clean sneeze proof glass. The atmosphere is very clean, so the open warmed food containers (similar to a buffet, or Subway deli), are safe from airborne contamination while attended. Pick your condiments as they prepare! Staff is friendly, quick, and professional. The food is delicious, menu is displayed overhead, descriptive and easy to read, with plenty of options. Sure to please! Oh, and serving size is generous and fairly priced. Bring an appetite and enjoy!

Staff was doing their best to ignore the fact that we had a buy one get one free coupon. We told them 3 separate times about the coupon and they still gave attitude at the cash register and tried to charge full price. I guess this baseball sized burrito was their way of getting even. My boyfriend went here to get on the two for one deal that they were having. He said they didn’t want to honor the deal and were being really rude. They then proceeded to give us both the tiniest portions and my food tasted HORRIBLE. I spit out the first bite and threw the entire bowl away. It was all ingredients that I’d typically enjoy from any other hotheads. Why did it taste so disgusting??? We will never use this location ever again. Horrible service. Horrible portions. Horrible food. My boyfriend’s burrito was smaller than my palm and my bowl had hardy anything in it.

This was my best friend’s favorite meal when she was alive. I got the craving and ordered delivery with a note requesting they make the order with love. My delivery driver marked my ordered as delivered but it was not received so Grubhub resubmitted the order. I was a little concerned on how that would look to the restaurant but, they made the second order absolutely perfect. There was love and care put into the bowl and I can tell that the employee understood the assignment. I know it sounds silly to cry over food but, Hot Heads delivered a piece of heaven to home. Thank you for your love and kindness today. May your pillow always be cool and your tip jar always be full.

The performance of this tex-mex restaurant was not it’s best in my opinion. I ordered veggie nachos, a veggie bowl and a bottled drink. Right away, the drink never arrived and I had to request a refund. Concerning the taste, the food was quite ok, but both the nachos and the bowl had quite the similar ingredients and therefore tasted identical. I didn’t like the way they prepared and presented the food, as the cheese for example was not melted but it was sprinkled cold on top only. At least I was full afterwards.

Love the florence location but came here for the second time and was shocked how bad the service was. The guy serving me was rude the entire time and gave me a quarter of each portion besides rice. I got it for my girlfriend and it was her first time trying it and now she’s never coming here. i asked for fajita veggies in her bowl and the guy gave me 4 little veggie slices literally. Pitiful. Never coming back

The white guy working at night 9pm cared less about all customers. He seemed to be too bored to work. Bought 3 fish tacos, and they were half cooked. Had to throw 2 away. The one which was fully cooked tasted nice. Best part is you get to add your selection of toppings.

I have heard this more than once at this location and forgotten, and then returned at a later date only to hear this same nonsense again.
Its on your menu, you have a slot on your assembly line for it, your pictures of food show it, your employees just dont feel the need to actually prepare it.
I drove all the way there more than once to get a burrito with fajita toppings, and have left without food after employees refuse to cook what is literally on the menu. This is ridiculous.
