Bartels restaurant is a Full service American food restaurant that is new to Red Bluff which is slightly different than our three other locations in Redding, Anderson and Corning. We offer a variety of breakfast entrées with daily specials. Our lunch includes burgers, sandwiches, as well as salads, wraps, and grain bowls. Beer, Wine and champagne is served in our Red Bluff location.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating with the bright colors and fun paintings. The inside has beautiful old brick walls with furniture that creates a relaxed at home feeling.
I got the biscuits and gravy with an egg on top. The gravy was terrific and the egg on top was a fun new experience that I really enjoyed.

Went here for a burger as it was recommended to me by a couple locals. Got the giant burger (actually just two patties) and fries.
The atmosphere was nice, restaurant was clean. Definitely leans into the older-style almost saloon feel.
The burger was cooked to order and tasted fine, but nothing exceptional. The fries were basic, but good, and the fry sauce was good enough to put on both the fries and burger.
Service was exceptional and what earns a 5-star rating. The gal who served me was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The food came out quick and hot.
While I probably won’t be back soon as I try new places whenever I pass through town, I would definitely recommend giving Bartels a try.

What a great place! I had the biscuits and gravy with the sausage, egg and potatoes. The biscuit was really good, not dry and had excellent flavor. We will be stopping by for lunch next, this may be my go-to.

Fantastic apple walnut chicken salad and wraps! Been there a half dozen times now and always had great food and friendly attentive service. Atmosphere is cleverly decorated and fun, patio is dog friendly. Definitely recommend!

Wow! This is easily one of the coolest location restaurants in red Bluff. The atmosphere is through the roof with an amazing outdoor patio dining and indoor dining. Art and history all over the walls in a historic building. We went for breakfast and it was big and full of flavor.
Staff was super nice, taking time to chat, and our waitress even mixed up flavored creamer for us! Butterscotch!
Biscuit and gravy with my omelet ! I can’t complain. The crepes! I will admit better than expected!
We saw some of the negative reviews, but I understand the place is pretty new. They seem to be running pretty smoothly now.

This place is beautiful. I’ve been three times in the last two weeks. The 1st time was absolutely great. Food was yummy and service was great. 2nd time was alright but the bowl I ordered was almost completely different then the 1st time I ordered. The 3rd time I walked out & canceled my order because the young brunette waitress Mari was rude and dismissive.

Service was great. However the food was worse than something anyone could make at home. I ordered a burger with fries, everything about the food looked and tasted like generic store brand. Fries were for sure the Walmart thin cut, which is fine if you do something with it other than just deep fry them and serve like a pinch worth for $5. Disappointed more so in the price and the flag outside saying “best burgers in town”.
