They messed up my order, I clearly got a steak burrito and they gave me a bacon/sausage one! I don’t eat pork because of my religion and now I ate it because of these worker! They are very inconsiderate! They don’t care about their customers and are very rude, Avoid this place! Horrible experience

This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes they get your order right, and sometimes they don’t. Today was definitely a miss. I ordered a chalupa with my meal, and when I got home and checked the bag, it was missing. Paying $6 for something I didn’t receive is mind-blowing. I also asked for sauces, which were missing as well. This is the second time in a row my order has been messed up. Make sure to check your bag before you leave. Very disappointed.

Everything was smashed, not wrapped correctly or not wrapped at all. It was like they were rushing to get us out of there. They were slow no one was behind us at all. Also in our Cinnabon delights there was lettuce. There was onions in burritos we asked them not to put onions in.

I get takeout. Often the food is poorly prepared. They used to just forget to add an ingredient. Recently, the quality of the food has gotten worse. The last two servings of fries had a bitter taste from the oil. Ordered a taco with extra ingredients yesterday, but actually got a dry taco with scant filling like never before……
