Me and my bf tried it for the 3rd time after they continued to mess up late night and the shift lead Jesus once again was the absolute worst. Two nights ago the lady he referred to as the manage couldn’t speak English got my order wrong as he charged me and handed the food. We checked it and wasn’t what we order but he kept our receipt so as we ask to pay the difference for the right meal he looked at me and said the manager left and he couldn’t do nothing about it. I demanded the right order as he gave me a small cheese burger instead of the new loaded box. I even asked to refund the wrong burger and charge the right one I asked three times please being completely nice. And he kept denying me saying he couldn’t do it so I asked for the manager who he said left the building. Crazy cause I said fine can I have my receipt then fing sake mad at this point I did start to loose my cool as he now said over and over to respect him escalating it quick. I can no longer come here after his shift alone messed up three times and he’s always rude. I even asked how he is a shift lead who doesn’t know how to do a simple transaction but him the manager and the cook can stand in a circle talking while getting peoples orders wrong… absolutely disgusted with his service. I have to ask him for the gm or dms info for him to even think about giving me the right food…

As a loyal customer of Jack in the Box, I thought my bike was basically part of the family, but apparently not. On a torrentially rainy day, the manager decided it was the perfect time to kick me out, with the kindness of a security guard. Despite being a 13-year-old regular, the courtesy was nowhere to be found, and apparently, not having my parents with me made it even worse. What a fantastic lesson in customer service!

The drive-thru driver cut me off when I was at the window. The order modifications were ignored and the sides were wrong. Look at the ticket and the order on the picture.

So every time I go here, the cashier who takes my order is always friendly. But the food comes out cold. So recently I’ve been going, I tell them to please make my order fresh. A couple of times is been fresh, and once it twice it’s not. So hit or miss tbh. I go to this one because it’s on my way home.

I don’t often eat at fast food but I think I will stop altogether… Disgusting. I had to tell them to wash their hands before they packed my food… they were handling trash and then started to pack the food right away. Disgusting. The salad was old literally brown leaves and the box was dirty inside with some white powder/dust. Plus some fries were burnt to crisp! Disgusting.

i just got out of the drive thru and this young lady who received my order has no customer service. She had an attitude. She gave me my food really fast thru the window and shut the window at my face and when she gave me my change it fell on the floor, she could have apologized. She did not ask me if i wanted any sauces and when i did ask for sauce she had a attitude.

It’s hard for me to give a one star review, but I feel I must. I actually like the food — it’s JITB, so it is what it is. The service is good, too. I can’t complain.

But I have to knock everything down due to the other issues. Thus, I am including all my issues as “atmosphere” related; only one star despite my general liking of the food and staff.

The issues are not solely a JITB problem; it’s a “big city” problem. Poor people, like myself, often get assistance with food resources known as EBT. Grocery stores are, of course, a much more economical choice that any fast-food resource. But, once in a while – usually Sunday after church – it’s nice to eat food that someone else cooks.

For a while, this JITB was very good with taking EBT; but that stopped right when the holidays began. The EBT at this store has been “broken” since right about Thanksgiving, if memory serves. It’s still out of order right before New Years. Good timing.

I get it. The homeless tend to destroy restrooms (which has been out-of-order forever), and make a general mess of the interior. But not all EBT users are like that. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Sheesh.

I don’t do drugs. I don’t even drink. I leave areas cleaner than I find them. I try to “do it” better than the “normies” while I’m in this financial hellhole that I am in. But at age 57, competing with much younger folks in the labor force, I have to do what I have to do to live. EBT is more important than anyone much wealthier than me can imagine, even if it’s only a once a week trip to the closest JITB for a post service meal. It really means a lot to us.

I am fine with the restrooms being closed. I totally get it. I wish it were the case that paying customers could use their receipt to scan their entrance to the restrooms. And I know sometimes EBT does “go out”. But after a while, seems that us poor folks are being thrown under the bus with all the homies that screw things up.

If EBT is no longer accepted at this location, that’s fine. Let us know outright and honestly: EBT is not accepted at this location. The JITB app doesn’t work here either (you can’t redeem, but you certainly can add the points to your rewards balance by scanning your receipt). So we will be happy to go elsewhere if we are not wanted.

I do hope it’s a technical issue and not a social one. This JITB is very convenient; just down from my church. And as I have said, I like the food and the service.

I would love to come back and change my rating once the EBT issue is resolved, one way or the other.

I was refused service here at 2am. The lobby was closed and we decided to walk to this location after our car broke down on the side of the road and our rental car was towed. We were staying at a hotel nearby and figured we could order on foot through the drive through since we were already nearby and this was the closest fast food place within walking distance. An employee was kind enough to take our drive thru order and gave us our total. Upon arriving to the pay window I apologized to the employee for the inconvenience. The employee bluntly stated “you need to be in a car” and slammed the window shut in our face, refusing to serve us. I understand this was a unique situation however at the very least the employee shouldn’t have taken our order in the drive thru if they were going to refuse us service a few seconds later. Additionally a simple “I’m sorry sir but we unfortunately can’t take your order unless you’re in a vehicle” from the beginning would have been far more professional than agreeing to serve us and then slamming the window shut on two loyal customers of this franchise. This situation should have been handled differently and I hope in the future employees can be more mindful of how they act towards customers.

Whenever I go to this jack in the box late at night there is this one guy at the drive thru window who is really rude and has the nastiest attitude. We never say anything because we just want to get our food, but today he was horrendously rude. Me and my boyfriend pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered what I wanted and since my bf wasn’t ready the guy rudely told us he had too many orders online and tell him when we knew what we wanted. We said okay, we would let him know when ready. We told him we were ready, he didn’t say anything and we waited. We said we were ready again and he still didn’t say anything, we waited some more before saying hello? And he rudely said “I told you guys to wait, i have orders online” we told him we had waited and just wanted to finish placing our order, to what he said again “ yeah I told you guys to wait” we asked for his name and he refused to tell us, and continued to tell us to wait, we asked his name again and he left us talking alone in the drive thru and closed the window on our faces. He did not take our order, told us his name or came back to the window. If he’s unhappy with his job, he should work elsewhere instead of taking it out on customers. If he’s understaffed then you guys should accommodate enough staff to work at night during rush night hours.
Meanwhile you have horrible customer service at your window every night 🙂
