Always order from drive through but came to eat one evening and did dine in. Please scrub the lobby floor it is black from being mopped and not scrubbed its years of filth build up. The ice machine was spitting ice out in the floor non stop. We had to borrow a wash cloth from the staff to wipe our table. Every table in lobby had crumbs and grease all over them. Mold on ceiling tiles. Great place and love eating here but it could use a good deep clean

Absolutely wonderful service by the entire staff, they took my order and got my food to me in no time at all. The manager Karissa was working with her staff the entire time. The tables were clean, My chicken sandwich made to perfection even Gordon Ramsay would approve. I can’t say enough good things about this place

We have always loved Jacks chicken (and everything else) but we ordered the 10 pc chicken and I know it says 2 breast then chefs choice but 2 breast, 1 thigh and 7 wings, the wings were hardly room temp, very dry and difficult to eat. The green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and fries were great as always. Just disappointed in those dry wings.

Ordered the featured item Alabama White Sauce Bacon Cheddar Melt and a Bigger Jack with no lettuce. First…the Bigger Jack had lettuce on it. Second…the Bacon Cheddar Melt had no bacon on it. It was also made with two end pieces of the Texas Toast. You can see in the pictures what I ordered compared to what I received. Very disappointed! Our last several drive-thru orders have been incorrect and poor quality. The last time we dined in we said we would not eat inside again because of the mess. I think we will mark this location off our list!
