I ordered a medium snack wrap meal and when I got my food don’t get me wrong the fries were hot but not salted so it was very bland and the chicken in my wraps were very tough and hard and they were cold like they were sitting there forever, I used to work at a McDonald’s recently and this is absolutely unacceptable. You need to start making sure the food is decently fresh otherwise your going to lose customers with food not being fresh, like would you want to eat food that is dry, hard, and cold? No! Like cmon guyssssss.

Sloppy food I’ve never ever had food delivered to us like this 4 out of 5 burgers were sloppy. 3 out of 5 hamburgers were made wrong. Specifically stated on ticket how to make it. French fries were cold. When started to worker she said I brought them fresh. Excuse me no you couldn’t have. Do you going to argue with me? How rude!!!

I use my points for my coffees. Some days it’s overflowing out the cup and others it’s barely half filled. Either way it’s costing me points & money to add espresso. No point in saying anything, they handed me this lol they knew it wasn’t right. I guess I’ll have to stop giving them the chance to mess it up and learn how to make it at home.

The fries were cold, two of three sandwiches were made wrong and the only smoothie we ordered was completely melted and not even full. The staff was rude and dismissive. My kids and I have been to this location three times and of those three times, the only time that deserved a 5 star rating was when we came here at 10pm and got milkshakes in the drive-thru. Thank you night shift for being the only redeeming quality here.

Could have at least hid the fact yall shorted my coffee, again, by putting it in a smaller cup. so embarrassing poor kid who handed off the drink even knew this wasn’t right but he didn’t make the drink so not his fault.
