I had an unacceptable experience at the Burger King located at 1820 Blankenbaker Parkway. I placed a mobile order while I was on my way, arriving at the restaurant within five minutes of placing the order. Upon arrival, I was told that my order had already been picked up.
This is impossible. I did not send anyone to pick up my order, and I was physically present moments after placing it. I showed the employee my phone with the active order, yet I was told someone “named Chris” came through and somehow knew the order number. That explanation is completely unbelievable and clearly indicates that my order was mistakenly given to another customer.
Instead of acknowledging the error and simply remaking the food, the staff refused to replace the order and insisted it was no longer their responsibility because it was marked as picked up. This is unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct them is not acceptable.
This location seriously needs to improve its mobile order verification process to prevent handing out the wrong orders. Based on this experience, I completely understand why this restaurant has so many one-star reviews. If zero stars were an option, I would give it.
I will never place another order at this Burger King again.

I’ve stopped here a few times before and for the most part the food was good. Sometimes not so good but i just didn’t really care I just ate my meal and went on with my day untill today that i was served the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had at this location. Cold fries that looked like they have been sitting for 2 hours and the whopper that was another thing. To say it was disgusting would be a good thing. The bread was cold not toasted the meat was cold and not well cooked. I felt like throwing up when i was eating that nasty sandwich. The best thing about this place is the guy that works on the front he is the friendliest guy ever. But the food needs to improve. I felt like I threw away my money.

The older male manager should not be working with the public. Im told not to come back because you messed up my order twice in one day and you said it was my fault!!! I would never call for someone’s job but this really deserves nothing less!! Horrible Horrible Horrible attitude!! Do better BK!!!

I went to Burger King today since it’s $3.99 whopper Wednesday. My total was $19, I got two whoppers and two medium fries. I thought that was odd so when I got to pay I asked if it’s $3.99 whopper Wednesday still. The cashier looked at me like I’m crazy. She said no with a confused look, so I told her it’s literally advertised on the menu to order through the drive thru. She ended up asking a coworker, they both said no there are no deals unless you use the app or a coupon. I ended up paying the $19, but of course I was very upset. Before you order on whopper Wednesday, make sure you don’t get scammed.

This review isn’t about the food, or the atmosphere. It’s for the “”best attitude award””. This is my second time coming to this location and each time I had the privilege of being served by the nicest lady in Louisville KY. Today I was even down on myself and just the way her body language was towards me, made me feel welcomed. And her sparkling attitude was amazing. She made my day. So thank you.

No obvious explanation for what all we observed at this establishment. Greeted by yellow caution cones blocking both restrooms as we arrived, we asked if the restrooms were out of order, to which the employee up front said they were available, that no one had simply moved the cones out of the way. We had to search for a clean table. When our order was ready, no one called our number. The cashier was just standing there, smiling behind the counter. Not sure how long our food had been sitting up there before we noticed it. The food was what we ordered, so that part was satisfactory. The condiment machines were empty, and the condiment countertop was littered with used ketchup cups everywhere. So…they gave us packs of ketchup instead. The floor was dirty and sticky as we walked. We had to walk around the yellow cones which blocked the restrooms in order to use them. As one of our kids was using the restroom, an employee tried to open her stall, left, returned with a key, unlocked the stall, and tried to push it open, so our child held it closed. A simple, courteous knock could have prevented this scenario. As we dumped our trash upon leaving, the bins were full and overflowing. Worth mentioning, we were the only customers in there the entire time, so they were not too busy to take care of these issues. Much of the time we were eating, no employees could be seen behind the counter or further back where the food is made. Finally, as we left (maybe a half hour later or so), the caution cones were still blocking the restrooms, litter cups of ketchup remained, tables still unwiped, and same old dirty, sticky floor. We would never choose to visit this or a business like it again. To sum it up, dirty and severely unattended.

I stopped here because I was in the neighborhood, and it wasn’t until I got home that I found out they didn’t give me an Impossible Whopper but a beef pattie. My onion rings were maybe half full. But at least they got my drink right?
