I used to get Chipotle weekly until the prices started to skyrocket. I decided to come by today to order my go to burrito bowl. I put in a mobile order and the staff had it ready and were nice.
However, my $9 burrito bowl was pathetic. Half the weight and size as it used to be. I thought this was an error. Staff didn’t think so because I didn’t order rice… why do I need to include rice for a full-sized burrito bowl? How about adding more veggies, salsa, lettuce, and/or chicken? Speaking of chicken, I’d be shocked if there was even a full scoop in my bowl. I get it prices everywhere have skyrocketed but this was ridiculous. Mind you I’m financially stable. This is about principle.
They made it seem like I was in the wrong. They offered to remake it, but implied that what I got was normal. Normal used to be to the rim. No thanks. Won’t be coming back. See my photo – spoiler, I have hands like Trump.

Was here around the same time as the last two reviews and was one of the ones that had to walk out and leave because the poor employee was trying to balance online orders and run the line and register at the same time. Food looked like it was out for hours but can’t be his fault he’s already balancing too much as it was.
Disappointed in this location, chipotle do better and maybe look into the management at this location.

Legendary Chipotle experience!
I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, but this one just blew my mind. Today, they gave me a portion so huge, I seriously think it was double – and I’m not even mad!
The guy who made it – wish I caught his name – deserves a medal. He packed it like a true legend.

Horrible place I live Chipotle and the food, arrived with 8 people in line.
7 left because there was only one guy working he was very nice I feel bad for him but, only one person and he had to prepare online orders so no one was served for like 30 min and 7/8 people left.
Insane “short handed” what organization or store manager would let this happen this is ridiculous.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle restaurant I have ever visited. The garbages were overflowing, the service areas had food spilled, silverware not restocked, tables were dirty. The one employee was mocking a customer that was praying prior to eating which was really disgusting. Is there no manager at this location? I paid with cash, and they shorted me money when giving me change as they said they didn’t have any. This place will not be visited again. Definitely avoid coming here. Drive to another location if you want to get your Chipotle.

Today was a good day at Chipotle! I’ve not had a good plate of rice, chicken, veggy & guac in a long time from Chipotle. Every ingredient was perfect. Place was clean. Garbage can emptied. I feel very lucky today. There is hope for Chipotle after all.

I’m literally never ordering from here or eating from here ever again. Two different times now they have not made my bowl correctly when I’ve ordered online. As someone who is chronically ill and suffers from disabilities and can’t get up to go get food all the time when I want, it’s very frustrating to have to order food and wait on it and the food be incorrect when it gets here. Worse chipotle ever.
This last order I requested extra cheese, extra sour cream, extra beans, extra rice and double chicken and I received less than the normal size portion of everything. They literally suck, I mean, how hard is it to follow simple written instructions. Paid extra money and wasted money in general.
