I went there while waiting in the Emergency department next to the hospital. The lady that was preparing the sandwich was by herself and she was playing Quran in the store all the period i was there. She didn’t even try to welcome me or any customer. She works hard to be honest but i was upset from the atmosphere. The sandwiches were good and taste good, maybe they need to be heated a little bit more. One of my sandwiches were thru the app and one i ordered in the store. She was fast and clean but still the store looked suspicious and i don’t like this kind of environment especially the background music playing. It is the only reason that i did not give the 5 stars. Maybe the manager need to know about this from customers so that he can fix this problem. I don’t think work environment should be background with religious music.

Went there with a coupon about 1 month ago. Was told the scanner was broken and couldn’t honor the coupon. Went there today, SAME STORY! Really?? Fix it or come up with a better excuse! Girl is always on her phone while fixing orders, and skimps on the fixings. Do yourself a favor, go to 127 W Sunrise in Freeport. Great service, great sandwiches and they always honor coupons

Excellent Subway. Clean store, fresh ingredients, pleasant workers. They are participating in the buy 2 footlongs get 1 free promotion, and they don’t make you use the app to order (supposed to be online or mobile promotion only). This is the one to go to.
