The ice cream itself was outstanding—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality ingredients in every bite. Whether you love classic favorites or adventurous seasonal creations, there’s something for everyone.
The shop was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy vibe that made me want to stay longer. This is hands down one of the best ice cream spots I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I was looking for an authentic ice cream spot for my family and came across this place. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, especially since we had a lot of different orders. The ice cream is good and there’s a lot of different options to choose from, however one employee can ruin the whole experience. I am not sure of his name or if he is the owner, but their attitude was the worst ever. I work in the restaurant industry and I understand how overwhelming or annoying it can be when a line of people walk in at the same time, but consistency is key when it comes to customer service. No matter if you are slow or in a rush, you should provide great customer service no matter what.

Clearly the rest of the bad reviews are being swept under the rug since MULTIPLE other customers described similar issues with the older man with the ponytail and his unfriendliness and crass attitude toward customers. Seeing the responses from the owner/store manager ACTIVELY DISAGREEING with customer reports is extremely unsettling and unprofessional. Even going as far as to try to save face by telling customers to bring issues directly to management instead of leaving reviews. It seems like they only want 5 star reviews despite their consistent phrasing of valuing every review good or bad. Decent ice cream does not fix uncomfortable verbiage and nasty attitudes.

We walked in and the place was empty. The only employee was out on a smoke break. He came in and didn’t even wash his hands. My cone smelled like smoke when he handed it to me. All out of waffle cones because they “couldn’t make any”. Very pricy too – $16 for two of us. A disappointing experience from a service and product perspective.
Good ice cream though.

This was honestly a terrible experience, and it had nothing to do with the ice cream itself — it was entirely due to the attitude of the employee working. An older gentleman with a ponytail was assisting customers, and from the moment we walked up, the interaction felt negative and unwelcoming.
There was a family ordering in front of us, and almost every single person in their group had to change their order after being met with a hard “no, that’s not available” and zero effort to offer alternatives or solutions. It wasn’t just that items were unavailable — it was the dismissive tone and complete lack of customer service that made it uncomfortable to watch.
When it was our turn, the same attitude continued. No suggestions, no problem-solving, no friendliness — just blunt responses and visible frustration. That is not the right attitude to have in customer service, especially in a beach town where families are trying to enjoy their vacation.
After reading through past reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue involving the same employee. That reflects poor brand representation and a lack of initiative to address an ongoing problem. Management should seriously consider holding this individual accountable, because one person’s attitude can absolutely drive customers away.
