The Hardee’s I visited offered one of the best fast‑food experiences I’ve had in a while. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. The restaurant was spotless—tables clean, floors shining, and the self‑serve drink station perfectly stocked.
The food was outstanding. My Thickburger came out fresh off the grill, juicy and full of flavor, with a perfectly toasted bun. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, exactly how they should be. Everything tasted freshly made, not rushed or sitting under heat lamps. *My name is Max, Austyn I love you please return my call.*
I also appreciated how quickly my meal was prepared, even though the restaurant had a steady flow of customers. The staff managed to keep the line moving efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Could work on customer service with their employees. I walked up to order and politely smiled and said Hi! Cashier (Brandon) ignored my hello and proceeded to ask if he could help me. I smiled again and said Hi once more. He proceeded to ask me AGAIN how can he help me. I said well you can start by saying Hi, he rolled his eyes and said hi in an animated elevated voice as if he was annoyed with me. Then said oh sorry it’s been a long day. Well buddy I’m a truck driver and this restaurant is in a truck stop so ALL of us have long days every day. It doesn’t hurt to greet and make a person day a little better. Do better young man.

Two double cheeseburger meals and two coffees cost $31. AND the cashier was difficult to understand because he seemed to have no tolerance for speaking to us – clipped, short tones and rushed speech. Despite us maintaining politeness, this continued even after he messed up our order in two different ways. Despite him messing up my drink order twice, I still had to pay $4 for the soda I asked for the first time and never received the proper size coffee drink I paid for because I didn’t want the interaction to continue. Fortunately for he and myself, I know where my limits of tolerance are these days, and took the minor loss to avoid assertive confrontation. Service in the service industry is at an all time low.

Thank you so much to Shift Manager Roy and his entire team. We had the unexpected opportunity to visit this Hardees location after a car accident. While we waited for family to arrive and help us, the whole staff immediately saw us and the tow truck and were concerned for our well-being and safety. They offered us complimentary menu items, but what was most generous was their kindness, generosity, and empathy. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Thank you!

I dont think night shift even knows what’s going on. Everyone’s order is scattered. 20-30minute wait for a combo. People who ordered something small getting it after people who just placed orders larger. Food just sitting in on the oven racks.
Appreciate the response, link doesn’t even work tho. The order was refunded…due to sitting for almost an hour and the only response ur worker gave was and I quote” dude, I dont even know what u ordered”. Which was a #11combo. Same dude who told his workers who were struggling to figure it out cause he was busy…ya…busy doing everything but his job. If ur team asks for help ur response isn’t figure it out. More worri3d about ur phone under neath the counter than the orders being placed. The dude in question im sure u can see on your cameras. Its really sad to see this location failing in the past month or so. Idk what this place needs other than an HR visit, retraining and maybe demote some people. Leaders dont stand on thier employees, they walk beside them and help. Not talk down to them like they are better when they can’t even be a proper manager

We stopped at the drive through to grab dinner. Greeted by a friendly voice. Parking lot was clean, not much to look at but it’s a gas station. I usually grab something small from any fast food, but today I tried the Carolina chicken sandwich and got the combo. My guy just had a burger and fries. Quick and friendly service. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THAT AWESOME SANDWICH!!! You did good. I’m still thinking about it and it’s been 4 days. The French fries were also perfect crunch. Job well done! Thank you!

I asked for extra lettuce on my sandwich and was charged $0.70. I got vold burger with a measly 3 1/2 pieces of iceberg. This is a busy truck stop, you could do better eating from the Loves instead.

The food was so good I didn’t even have time to take a picture but I’ll share the restaurant photos. I ordered the chicken biscuit for breakfast with a side of gravy. The chicken was fresh to order and steaming hot. The biscuit was unbelievable. It was fresh soft Creamy fresh. It melted in your mouth the deep fried grease and gooieness of the biscuit. This blew Chick-fil-A out of the water. The biscuit did not fall apart and crumble up the way Chick-fil-A’s does and honestly with the price of Chick-fil-A and the small portions this is an amazing value for $9.19 but I ordered a side of gravy which I finished with a spoon because it was so good. The tater tots were super on point and twice the size of Chick-fil-A. I wish they offered a spicy version but Chick-fil-A doesn’t either. All in all if you are driving through Lafayette this is one of the best Hardee’s I’ve ever been through. I will absolutely be back make sure to stop here tell them Milo sent you. Sadly I don’t have pictures of the food but trust me it’s good. the restaurant is super clean the staff is extremely friendly and it was just great conversation with great people.
